スタッフの方全員とても優しく素晴らしい滞在ができました。 ビュッフェの朝食、夕食をいただきましたが、どれも美味しくスリランカ料理を楽しむことができました。 朝食時にマネージャーの方に声をかけていただきホテルのホスピタリティーよ素晴らしさが伝わってきました。 また利用したいと思います。

マンダラ ローゼン ヤラでの最近の滞在は、本当に楽しい経験でした。ホテルの清潔さへのコミットメントは明らかで、スタッフは一貫して親切で、私たちの訪問を完全に楽しませてくれました。毎朝の朝食は一日の良いスタートを切ったが、ディナービュッフェは特に印象的で、私たちの夜のハイライトだった素晴らしいスプレッドを提供した。 ホテルの落ち着いた雰囲気は、リラックスして充電することができました。丁寧なサービスのおかげで、滞在中ゲストとして歓迎され、大切に感じました。 私たちの旅行がカタラガマに戻るなら、マンダラ ローゼン ヤラは間違いなく再び私たちの選択のホテルです。快適さと素晴らしい食事体験を約束する施設です。

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. De ligging is top, het ontbijt is goed en de medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het hotel, waardoor je de buren kan horen douchen en je hierdoor vroeg in de ochtend al wakker wordt.

This hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel. Staff have been very attentive and helpful. They clean the rooms promptly. The laundry service is great. The staff even ran to help us push the car up the hill when it was stuck. Room service food has been very good too, their devilled chicken and pizza were the best. Highly recommend staying with Te Dalu if you are visiting Ella.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the amazing luxury tent dinners under the stars to drinks in the lobby we were certainly taken care of. Our guide and driver were amazing and tracked both a sloth bear (pretty big animal!) and a leopard for us to see on the amazing safari. Although pricey it was worth it! I would recommend to all and we would come again. Best safari experience in Sri Lanka!

6人の家族としてここでの滞在は絶対に信じられないほどでした。私たちは2つのキングビーハイブを持っていましたが、スリランカでそのような滞在はありませんでした。細部への注意、食べ物、スタッフからのサービス、すべてが素晴らしかったです。私たちはここでそれを絶対に愛し、それはすべてのペニーの価値がありました。誰にでも強くお勧めします。

This hotel was so beautiful! Perfect location, fabulous staff and an unbelievable view! So so gorgeous! It was a pity about the construction!
