I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service. My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight! The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape. Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

몬테레이 사피호텔은 이번에 처음 방문했어요. 몬테레이 출장은 5번 이상 왔지만, 그동안은 아포다카에서만 지냈고. 센트로는 이번이 처음이에요. 1) Monterrey에 safi hotel이 3개가 있어요. centro, valle, metropolitan 잘 보고 찾아 가야 함 2) centro에 묵었는데. 방값은 비싸지 않은데, 조식 불포함인데. 조식부페 가격이 찾기가 아주 어려워요. 먹고나면 팁별도 mxn 460이 현장 청구되어 깜놀했답니다^^ 3) 근데 조식부페가 꽤 음식이 좋았어요. 커피도 맛있었는데, 다만 mas cafe 할 때 마다 커피맛이 막 변해요.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views from my balcony. The on-site dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options. The hotel's location is also a significant plus, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. After a day of exploring, I appreciated the serene ambiance of the pool area—perfect for relaxation. Overall, my stay at Safi Royal Luxury Valle was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and excellent service!

It's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable. It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day. Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state. For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect. Service was impecable,I'm grateful. It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well. Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.

出張で8日間滞在しました。 清潔さ：ベッドシーツは毎日交換されず、ただ片付けられるだけです。部屋の床は掃除されず、ゴミ箱が空にされるだけです。 設備：ケトル、スリッパ、バスアメニティはありません。バスルームにはシャワーとトイレが別々に付いており、小型冷蔵庫も便利です。内装はシンプルで、ベッドサイドの照明コントロールは嬉しいポイントです。ボタン一つで全て消灯できます。 サービス：ごく普通。朝食はメキシコ風で、肉料理と野菜料理が日替わりで提供されますが、味は普通です。出来立てのオムレツとタルコは、メキシコ特有の辛さと酸味が効いています。中国人の宿泊客は、キッチンで目玉焼きと醤油を注文できます。 環境：最高の立地です。ホテルの10メートル裏にOxxoコンビニエンスストアがあり、さらに30メートル奥には品揃え豊富な大型のOxxoがあります。コンベンション センターまではタクシーで 15 分、ショッピング モール、小さな商品市場、セルフサービスのコインランドリーはすべて徒歩 10 分以内です。

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel

Todo muy bien salvo el desayuno, no está a la altura, y que no tengas fruta madura, papaya como de madera y luego que no te puedas servir a tu antojo, qué necesidad de tener servicio incomodo

今回は15日間滞在しましたが、次の理由で次回もこのホテルを選ぶと思います。 1. 朝食がおいしくて、料金も手頃。 2. 部屋は清潔で十分な広さがあり、ベッドも快適。 3. ロビーにある無料のカフェは本当においしくて、本当に気に入っています。 4. ロケーションがとても良く、ウォルマート、サムズクラブ、ランドリー、近くに素敵なレストランなどが歩いて行けます。 今回の旅行では3つの異なるホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルを強くお勧めします。大好きです。

このホテルは比較的新しいホテルで、ハイアットの世界的なチェーンです。ロビーはL階にあります。部屋はかなり広く、設備も整っており、ベッドは快適で、朝食も豪華で、L階にはテラスもあります。チェックインの時間が忙しかったため、泳いだりジムに行ったりしませんでした。フロントデスクのサービス態度は普通です。モントレーのホテルの中では価格と性能のバランスはまあまあです。
