ノルウェーローガラン県の4つ星ホテル

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the ferry terminal and airport, with ample free parking. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, offering us a late check-out, which we appreciated. Our room was very quiet, with a lovely ocean view, far from the restaurant and conference halls. However, the room itself was quite dated, different from the photos shown on the website, and the bathroom was cramped, with little legroom when using the toilet. The room was also very hot in late September. No fan in the room. We had to leave the window open overnight. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with decent variety. Despite the excellent location, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the room’s discomfort.

A lovely little apartment situated very close to Stavanger City Centre. Beautifully appointed, very comfy furniture (esp beds and sofa). Lots of plug sockets. Good wifi. Nice kitchen with easy to figure out appliances. Good shower with plentiful hot water. Very clean. 2 of 3 light bulbs in the bathroom went: they were fixed within hours of my reporting it, so excellent service. The only thing to note is that it has 2 double beds, but not enough cutlery for 4. Some glasses for drinks (water / beer / wine) would have been good too: drank a beer from a mug like a student!! But I will absolutely stay there again when I travel. Really glad I found it.

hotel was fully equipped and walking distance to airport, was staying during peak period otherwise it would be much cheaper

朝食は素晴らしく、私たちは部屋が好きでした。しかし、チェックアウト後24時間未満で、ホテルの部屋のクローゼットに新しいノースフェイスジャケットを忘れたことに気づきました。ホテルに電話して、ジャケットの写真をメールしてくれと言われ、すぐにやりました。まだエリアにいたので、ホテルに戻りました。フロントの女性は、私のジャケットが見つかったと言った、彼らはそれを探して待つように頼んだ。私たちは1時間待った。彼らは私のジャケットを見つけることができないと言った。何人かの女性がお互いに矛盾しています。私たちは彼らに何が起こっているのか、なぜこんなに長くかかるのかを尋ねました。彼らはついにジャケットがどこにあるのかを言いました。ホテルの従業員の一人が電話をかけて、ホテルがそれについて何もしないだろうと言った、そして彼女は彼女の個人的な電話から電話をかけていると私に言った。残念ながら、このホテルで働いている不誠実な従業員がいます。その週買ってから一度だけ着ていた新しいジャケットを誰かが持って行きました。

I had no problem with this hotel. Room was spotless apart from the hairdryer. Location is perfect. Supermarket round the corner for cheaper food. Also one in shopping center behind hotel. Next to the harbour. Reception was always happy snd cheerful. I rented a car from literally round the corner. Use getaround app. Breakfast was brilliant. Can't beat a bacon egg roll. Smoothie was lush as well. If I could have one thing for the room it would have to be a fridge.

The hotel is very close to the bus stations, some good restaurants and also the tourist spots! The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning soap and shampoo are provided. And the breakfast has lots of choices. The sauna is great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

Lovely historic hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in one of their larger suites - it was spacious, had great harbour views and was generally comfortable. Good breakfast in a nice dining room. However, do note that the hotel has no AC (which should be fine most of the time), which can be a challenge on a rare hot day. The bathtub in our room also wasn't ideally set up - it easily leaked water when showering.

This is the better hotel among the hotels I have stayed during my trip to Norway. It's value for money. The booking comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. The room is cozy and clean. They provide a bath mat in the bathroom and they clean your room everyday. Location is good. A few minutes to the train and bus station in Stavanger. Close to the Stavanger centrum. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

ホテルのサービスは素晴らしく、特に美味しいノルウェー料理が気に入りました。タイ出身の優しい女性スタッフ、ペンさんのフレンドリーで温かいサービスにも感謝の意を表したいと思います。改善の余地があるのは、ホテルのハウスキーピングの清潔さと整頓の面かもしれません。ありがとうございました。
