I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

The hotel pool was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was calm, the water temperature perfect, and it was a great place to unwind after a long day. I really enjoyed spending time there and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

しばらくオドツに立ち寄ったのですが、素敵なホテルでした。そのすぐ上には、廃工場の複合施設であるマヌファクチュラと博物館があり、南東への道を下って行くのもいいですね。

Hotel czysty i schludny. Pokoje komfortowe. Dostępna sauna. Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone ale było poprawne. Ogólnie bardzo zadowoleni jesteśmy z pobytu.

Will come again for sure. Great location, fantastic room and especially bathroom. Good offer and excellent service.
