This was our second trip to the IP. Location great and service excellent. The staff is very attentive!! Bartenders inside the casino were great as well! The only issue we had was with a waitress in Fan Dual but not enough to ruin our trip. If you have a chance, try the pho in the back of the casino on the bottom floor…amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

The hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

The room was fabulous. Very comfortable. Very clean. Great bed. The bar was excellent ... great service, great selection, decent food options. The lobby area is huge and there are plenty of options for sitting and relaxing and/or working . Very hospitable staff.

Great place to go to get out of the smoke. The air inside is perfectly clean. Not a cigarette to be seen. It’s maintained at a very high level with great attention to detail. Very good buffet. All around great experience. Best in Biloxi in my opinion.

ゴールデンナゲットでの初めてでした。看板の方向に失望しました。ホテルのチェックインカウンターを自分で検索しなければなりませんでした。夕方になってもフロアにスタッフがいなくて助けてもらい警備員が1人だけ気づかれました。私たちは記念日を祝い、特にビュッフェの食事を楽しみにしていました。ウェブサイトに広告されていますが、しばらく閉鎖されていることを知りたいです。もう一つはスロットマシンが利用できませんでした。私たちのホテルの部屋は素敵でしたが、全体的に旅行は残念でした!

Excellent hotel cleanliness and finally great TV channel options that you don’t get with other hotels! Simply luxurious!

The place was beautiful and the host was fabulous! The room was very large and quite omfortable. Highly recommend!

ここに数泊しました。場所は良いですし、簡単に行くことができます。部屋は良かった。壮観なものは何もありません。私はこれまで******に滞在したことがなく、その側面に感銘を受けませんでした。私のものではありません。全体的に、ホテルは良かったし、改修が必要で、値段の価値がないと感じました。
