Radisson Blu Hotel Jaipur is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Asia & India 🇮🇳 Jaipur, GM Mr Surya took excellent care of me and my wife with all of my requests. He sent a full team to assist me in my travels daily, from picking me up to sending me to my best friends wedding, to meals to tourists spots like Amer fort, 💎 diamond city 🏙️ etc He sent me 💯 god sent, amazing driver, travelling guide, bodyguard Sam (Ghanshyam) for me for all my 5 days of travelling. It was my first time in Jaipur. His top suite which expands of 68m sqft is very impressive. I love the ensuite washroom, that has a place to store luggage and our wardrobe, the white marble ceramic tiles were outstandingly beautiful , I was told India 🇮🇳 top marble is this. The washroom and room was very inviting to stay, felt a lot like home. The breakfast and in room dining cooked excellent meals. We were so impressed, pleased and happy with the hotel, hotel staff, and the hotel spaciousness and top service. Thank you so much Mr Surya and his team. I captured top pictures of them here, they were united, kind, compassionate, respectful, amazing. Their service is 10/10. Extremely outstanding with meticulous detail. Took care of me everyday with top hospitality.

午前3時に到着しました。チェックインにものすごく時間がかかりました。予約に朝食代が含まれているはずなのに、女性スタッフに朝食代を請求されました。ホテル自体はかなり古びていましたが、清潔でした。 朝食時にコーヒーを2回頼みましたが、結局持ってきてもらえませんでした。 チェックアウト時間は12時で、それは承知していました。11時15分から11時30分の間に、フロントから2回も電話があり、チェックアウトの時間を尋ねられました。チェックアウトの際も、部屋のチェックをしている間、10分も待たされました。 全く不愉快な経験でした。

受付スタッフ（***ju）は、とても失礼で、歓迎してくれず、親切でもありませんでした。基本的に、彼女が働いている組織を非常に悪く表現しています。 フロントデスクのスタッフの対応が悪かったので、その後このホテルに泊まるのをやめました！ F&Bスタッフは素敵で、食事もおいしかったです。

Checked in this hotel late but the front desk lady gave the warm hospitality ( as the picture in our room), she also helps lots about taxi arrangement. Because some Dudu car asked over price for us. When checkout, there is another front desk lady helped us lot and we had a great hotel spa. Food in hotel is good. India food is spicy but have western food to eat.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - it’s a nineteenth century mansion, elegantly restored in a calm setting with lots of courtyards and flowers. The pool area is also lovely. We visited with our four children and had two adjoining rooms which were very nicely decorated and spacious. You can walk out of the hotel to a local area which is busy and interesting. We walked to the flower market (20 mins) first thing in the morning and it was amazing to see all the flowers. The hotel offers to accompany the walk for £25 per person, which we thought was a bit excessive. We arranged for a guide to show us around the key sights - we did this through the hotel for approximately £50 for five hours and it was good. There are lots of extras offered on a board in the hotel - the walk, yoga and other activities, but be aware that these are extra costs, as is the welcome drink and rooftop happy hour. The staff were decent and the restaurant produces wonderful breakfasts, as well as other meals both Indian and western if you want them. A very enjoyable experience - we recommend highly.
