トルコイスタンブール県の温泉ホテル

いつものように客室はとても快適で、バスルームも素晴らしかったです。ホテルの景色も美しく、特に朝食会場の一番奥の席からは海峡が見えて、本当に目を楽しませる朝食の時間でした。あえて欠点を挙げるなら、イスタンブールのリッツカールトンに入るのに、まさか人手荷物ともに厳重な手荷物検査があるとは思いませんでした。これには本当に驚きました！後で知ったのですが、多くの外交官がここに滞在しているそうで…だから…お察しください。ホテルからは様々なチョコレートをいただきました（写真参照）。アメニティは持ち帰ると1本45ユーロですが、ホテル内では自由に使えます。廊下にはイスタンブールの古い地図がたくさん飾られていて、子供は長い間それを見入っていました。とても興味深いようでした。

アヤソフィア大聖堂から約100メートル、旧市街宮殿からも徒歩3分と非常に近いです。地下宮殿へも徒歩5分で行けます。 ホテルにはエレベーターがありませんが、従業員が荷物を部屋まで運んでくれるので、自分で運ぶ必要はありません。 チェックアウト時には事前に連絡があり、部屋まで荷物を取りに来てくれます。また、チェックアウト時に荷物をドアの外に置いておけば、従業員が後で取りに来てくれます。 ホテルは観光地の歩行者天国の中にあり、車の乗り入れは最後の30メートルができません。しかし、従業員が荷物を車まで運んでくれますし、タクシーの手配も手伝ってくれます。全体的にサービスが素晴らしいです。 ロビーは美しく居心地の良い雰囲気で、庭園での朝食は特筆すべきです。環境が良く、アラカルトで朝食を注文できます。隣には噴水があり、まるで隣の旧市街宮殿で朝食を食べているような気分になります。 部屋の窓からはアヤソフィア大聖堂の一部が見え、もう一方の窓の外には海岸線の展望台があり、多くの観光客がカモメに餌をやっています。そのため、窓の外には常にカモメが旋回しており、とてもロマンチックです。

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

Mola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. ホテルは立地が良く、トラムT1駅に非常に近く、モスクとアヤソフィアまで徒歩圏内です。近くにはカフェがあり、朝食が含まれていない場合は便利です。 近くにはカシュの手作り石鹸店があり、お土産を買うことができます。 私は一番ベーシックなタイプの部屋を予約しました。部屋は狭く、バスルームは広く、バルコニー付きの変わった間取りでした。友人の部屋はもっと普通のタイプでした。午前6時半頃の礼拝の音がとても大きく、初日は気づかず、それで目が覚めてしまいました。 夜間の受付係はハンサムで親切で、私の質問にすべて答えてくれました。良いレートで両替できる場所を尋ねれば、親切に教えてくれます。 近くにはたくさんのレストランがあります。部屋が狭いこと以外は、すべて良かったです。

Это как санаторий для людей ограничениями по здоровью . Заболевание опорно двигательной системы . Очень странно что завышают прейскурант . Брали завтрак и ужин . Повара который делал омлет не было , жарил менеджер . Уборка , пока не позовешь не подойдут ! Спа отличный . Магазины рядом . Порт Марина в 15 минут на такси ,

We stayed from 31 December to 2 January, and it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were exceptional — every single person was warm, kind, and welcoming. The manager was especially wonderful, and even her two dogs added such a homely, comforting touch. We felt safe at all times, which meant a lot, especially over New Year’s Eve. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We also enjoyed excellent wine during our stay. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy, and on the 31st we were able to walk safely to the Karaköy waterfront to watch the fireworks.

5連泊しました。もしホテルに高い基準を求めるなら、リッツカールトンやフォーシーズンズ、マンダリンオリエンタルといったホテルとは少し差があるかもしれませんが、他の老舗5つ星ホテルと比較すると、こちらのインターコンチネンタルは価格、立地、サービス体験のどれをとっても、間違いなく優れていると思います。ちなみに、一度ルームサービスを頼んだのですが、チャーハンと寿司は美味しかったですよ。タンメンはちょっとイマイチだったので、頼む際はご注意を～。

立地は最高です。地下鉄の駅がすぐ目の前にあり、ほとんどの観光スポットへ直行できます。また、近くにはショッピングモールもあります。

早朝にホテルに到着し、チェックインしました。部屋に入るとすぐに、海峡越しに昇る美しい日の出に驚きました。 部屋は広々としていて豪華で、リビングルームとベッドルームの両方から海峡の遮るもののない景色を眺めることができます。イタリアンレストランの牡蠣、ピザ、パスタは予想以上に美味しく、サービスも素晴らしかったです。
