Its 7 private acres have sweeping views of the ocean, sunset, and moonset and sits perched above the sacred Kealakekua Bay, where wild spinner dolphins love to frequent. Nature is vibrant and alive in this haven of privacy, but within a 10 minute drive you can find grocery stores, farmer's markets, world class snorkelling, numerous cafes/restaurants, beautiful beaches and the famous Captain Cook Monument Hike.My home has 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and dining area, a living room, a family room with TV (Netflix) and two twin floor mattresses for extra sleeping space, and a stunning covered Lanai. The house is 100% solar powered, and all appliances and kitchenware are new and well maintained.The house is naturally ventilated, and the steady and cool breeze provides ideal temperatures throughout the day and night. Birdsong fills the air from sunrise to sunset, and after sunset the star gazing is spectacular.A manual gate guides you into the property where there is covered parking for two cars. A giant Monkey Pod tree greets you and provides shade for additional vehicles.My guests are ideally nature lovers and should understand that part of this home’s magic is that it is on a rural, wild piece of earth, and with such living comes an inevitable fusing of the indoor world and the outdoor world. It is not outside the realm of possibility that the occasional centipede, spider, or other insect may make their way indoors. Guests agree to live in such a way that is conscious of not inviting additional creatures in (i.e. keeping screen doors closed, keeping compost/food waste in the freezer, avoiding having open food containers out for a long time, and cleaning up after meals before going to bed each night).My home is 100% solar powered (hooray for clean energy!) and while the system is very robust, guests especially in groups of 4+ agree to be conscious of energy usage while staying. This means opting to air dry towels and beach gear in the sunshine, and using the laundry machines sparingly (especially the dryer), and during the daytime. A nice condo style resort, very nice to have a kitchen and separate bedroom. While everything was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen are a little worn and in need of a refresh. The staff were friendly and helpful, happy to pick you up on their golf carts. There is no access to the coast, so no sunset views. But the grounds are well kept and pretty. Tennis and pickleball are very popular here, seems local clubs play here all the time. Front desk has equipment but getting a court to play on is difficult. The resort has coolers, beach seat and umbrellas, kids toys and other beach stuff to grab for the day. Very thoughtful. We had a fabulous time and would recommend the resort.

このホテルは、間違いなくビッグアイランドのヒロで最高のホテルの 1 つです。美しい景色が楽しめ、隣には無料の植物園があり、ハワイの州鳥であるネネガンを見ることができます。空港からは車で約10分です。部屋の内装は白壁でごく普通です。非常に小さな屋外プールが 1 つだけあります。私たちが予約したシービュールームには海に面した窓がありました。朝カーテンを開けると、とても美しい景色が広がっていました。 もう一つ落とし穴があります。このホテルは連泊の場合、デフォルトで部屋の清掃を行ってくれません。事前に清掃の予約をするか、チェックイン時に毎日清掃が必要であることを伝える必要があります。そうしないと、ルームサービスが部屋に届きません! Ctrip で予約したパッケージには朝食 3 回分が含まれていましたが、実際にはホテルの規定では朝食は 2 回分しか許可されていません。ホテルに到着後、再度 Ctrip に連絡したところ、朝食 1 回分が返金されました。 その後、チェックアウトの際、フロントで請求書を印刷してもらい、朝食の計算方法を調べました。ここで紹介したいと思います。ホテルの朝食は1人25元です。ビュッフェではなく食事です。注文後、掛けられます。部屋代は実際の状況に応じて請求されます。しかし、チェックアウトの際、フロントデスクは朝食代金について何も言わず、合計金額だけを計算しました。私に送られてきた決済メールには朝食を含む合計金額が記載されていました。私はフロントデスクに戻り、朝食付きの部屋を予約したと伝えると、彼女は「ああ、すみません、確認してみてください」と言い、さらに1人1日25元（1日50元）をカードに返金すると言った。確認していなかったら、何が起こっているのかわからないまま、もう一度収集していたと思います。そのため、このホテルを予約する際には朝食を含めないことをお勧めします。アラカルト朝食の質は非常に高く、レストランで直接注文できます。 また、ロビーバーで配られるドリンククーポンはロビーバーでも使えますが、朝食ルームでも使えることを最終日まで知りませんでした。クーポン1枚でグラス1杯と交換できます。ジュースまたはソフトドリンク。また、ホテルでは無料のホットコーヒーとホットティーも提供していますが、レストランの隣に隠れています。理解するには質問しなければなりません。 チェックイン時に大きなクッキーが 2 枚配られます。いつでもお求めいただけます。フロントデスクで 2 枚お渡しいたします。 社会不安のある人や英語が苦手な友達に情報提供していると思います。

部屋の設備や景色はハワイでも一流と言えますが、ホテルのサービスは信じられないほど悪いです。フロントデスクのスタッフは傲慢で失礼でした（人種差別かどうかはわかりません）チェックイン時にクレジットカードの認証について通知しませんでした。400米ドルと700米ドルの2つの認証を請求されました。ホテルを出るとき、荷物を受け取るためにヴィラまでシャトルバスに乗る必要がありますが、25分間誰も電話に出ず、その後、食べ物を注文するために部屋に電話した人がシャトルバスに電話しました。ホテルにはレストランが 2 つありますが、カジュアルなレストランのサービススタッフはとても親切で、前菜を食べ終わった後、自分で水やワインを注ぐ必要がありました。まったく怒らない赤ちゃんは、中のスタッフに本当に怒られて内臓を傷つけられる可能性があるため、行かないことをお勧めします。また、お部屋のミニバーのスナックは賞味期限が切れております。

このホテルには2泊以上滞在する必要があります。ロビーから宿泊先までは車で移動する必要があります。ヒルトンホテルはもっと大きくて、無料の電車とボートがあり、とても楽しかったです。夕日を見るために翌日ホテルで遊ぶことにしたのですが、近くに王様がいたので、クイーンズショッピングビレッジで夕食を食べました🥣。翌朝、私はヒルトンに行きました。シュノーケリングは無料で、ボートも無料で、スケートボードも海に直結していました。当初はシュノーケリングに行く予定でした。タイムシェアリングのホテルには、部屋で朝食をとることをお勧めします。 階下にはゴルフコースとスイミングプールがあり、大きなプールもあります。プールは 2 日間あり、小さなプールが 5 ～ 6 つありました。

ホテルは年季が入っていますが、雰囲気は大変良く、快適に過ごせました。プールは複数あり、そのうちの一つは海に面しており、シュノーケリングも楽しめます。施設管理も行き届いています。私たちが到着した日、偶然にも千年に一度と言われる津波に遭遇してしまいましたが、ホテルスタッフの皆さんは、辛抱強く状況を説明し、適切な対応と手配をしてくださり、大変安心できました。コストパフォーマンスも非常に良いと思います。
