Our host Riva was simply wonderful – warm, attentive, and with an amazing ability to anticipate every wish. She went above and beyond and made us feel instantly welcome. The accommodation itself is fantastic: beautifully designed with a great sense for interior decoration (Riva truly has a talent for it) and set in a stunning location. Getting there by taxi can be a little adventurous, as the place is somewhat hidden – which often surprises the drivers – but it is by no means a problem. On the contrary, it adds to the charm of the extraordinary setting. A special highlight was the delicious food, enjoyed in pleasant company while surrounded by nature. In short: a top location, tastefully arranged, with an outstanding host – highly recommended. We would love to come back anytime!

ホテルは、張家界森林公園と魅力的な翔西公演会場まで徒歩圏内の好立地にあり、近くにはレストランも多く、食事にも便利です。 ホテルの環境は美しく、駐車場も非常に便利です。張家界でこのような快適なホテルに滞在できるのは予想外の驚きです。 ホテルの朝食は種類が豊富で、さまざまな好みの人のニーズに対応できます。

Writing a review from the UK: Would definitely recommend staying here. Don’t hesitate to book! This hotel was INCREDIBLE. The view from the room (see pics) was amazing. The food at the restaurant is authentic Chinese food and SO TASTY, and has vegetarian and vegan options and they will change the spice level according to your taste. Winnie was extremely helpful and her English was excellent. All the staff were young and very helpful! Traveller tip: this hotel is by the west gate and the hotel will plan an itinerary for you if you need them to. If you have a tour booked this will usually start at the east gate. Using didi is very cheap to/from this hotel so the distance from the city isn’t an issue just an hour trip. The hotel itself makes the distance worth it and the beds were ultra comfy!

夜にチェックインしましたが、丁寧に対応してくれました。 また、飛行機の遅延などが重なり換金ができておらず、現金なしの状態でしたが、ホテルで換金もしてくれて、とても助かりました。 中国語が分からないため迷惑をかけましたが、翻訳機を使って対応してくれたのもありがたかったです！ 部屋はとても綺麗で暖かく、両親のベッドには可愛い飾りと素敵なメッセージもついていて、初めての中国旅行のスタートがとても良いものになりました^^

当ホテルは森林公園の東門まで徒歩約1kmの好立地にあり、途中の景色も素晴らしいです。東門からは様々な観光スポットに行くのにとても便利です。その隣には魅力的な湘西があります。ホテルの向かい側には飲食店エリアがあり、値段も安く、料理もとても美味しいです。当ホテルでは、多種多様な朝食オプションをご用意しております。外国人が多いですが、治安も良く、ホテルのサービスも迅速に対応して頂きました。ホテルには大きなバスタブがあり、子供たちは大喜びでした。素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。

美しく装飾された場所。国立森林公園の入り口に非常に近い。近くにはおいしい飲食店がある。アトラクションの入場券の予約にとても助かりました。時間を最大限に活用できるようにルートを計画するのを手伝ってくれました。おいしい朝食も提供されました。特にフロントデスクの女性 3 人は、とてもフレンドリーなスタッフでした。間違いなくお勧めします。この地域に来たらまた泊まります。

Cherry at the front of the house was 5 star amazing. Not only did she communicate with me before my arrival to confirm everything was set, including my airpirt pick-up, but was also mine and and staffs right hand when it came to language barriers. She guided me how to return with booking another night when my flight got canceled and had me quickly and safely returned to the hotel. If promotability is an option she should be front of the house manager! Monica was also a great facilitator for my stay and at the main restaurant. Beautiful voice ❤️. Property was beautiful and additional nature exploration time should be planned to highlight it's beauty.

Comme le disait les commentaires (raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé d'ailleurs) l'accueil est chaleureux et bienveillant. Vous entrez dans un petit coin radieux, lumineux et tellement bien battit. L'ambiance familiale et les sourires vous font rapidement vous adapter et vous sentir à l'aise. Le service de prise en charge a l'aéroport est nickel. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que notre reservation mais la chambre nous a été attribuée malgré tout avec une vue sur le petit village. Le petit déjeuner local à fait rougir mon frère d'amour tellement il ne s'attendait pas à ce goût exquis. Le service est très disponible et prompte à aider pour toutes activités au besoin, il y'en a même qui parlent anglais. L'hôtel est aussi proche des attractions comme les 72 tower ou le mont tianmen et de l'aéroport pratiquement 10-20mn en taxi. Je recommande fortement et je reviendrais pour sûr lors de mon prochain séjour
