Of the few lodges in Japan's ski towns that I've stayed in, this has got to be my favourite. The lodge was cosy and extremely well-kept, while the hosts' warmth and hospitality was truly unforgettable. The Japanese-Western breakfast spread was outstanding and we loved that it was prepared and presented with so much dedication and pride. Quality over quantity! Location wise, if you don't rent a car but love to walk, Hirafu town centre is about 20-30 minutes away, depending on the snow/ice conditions which may slow you down. To access Annupuri ski resort, the shuttle bus stop is just a stone's throw away from the lodge. There is also a snow sports rental shop about 10 minutes' walk away (Amuse). Overall, we had a very lovely stay here and we'll highly recommend it to friends visiting Niseko!

Excellent service, warm and hospitality. We find better than staying in hotel. Highly recommended. You will feel like home. And breakfast is superb with many homemade dishes. Location near to hirafu skiing centre and free transport is available.
