The breakfast was poor. It had no variety as a buffet and the sweets were stale. Although the price was "relatively" cheap compared to the rest of the hotels, for what it provided and the customer service was inadequate. I have not found another hotel in my travels where the reception closes in the evening. Breakfast was served late I think, from 08:00 onwards. The rooms are relatively narrow. They had no soundproofing at all, resulting in the one night we slept hearing the slightest noise from the adjacent rooms. The worst was the customer service. On our departure during check out we forgot a personal item in the room. We contacted the hotel the same day if they found it from the other city we went to. While we contacted so many times to have it shipped to us, you mean at our expense because we would be fleeing our country, they "taunted" us saying that they will do it and ship it and since then 2 weeks have passed. Really unacceptable. Better close their "hotel". We sent so many emails through booking, to customer service and to their personal number.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, central location and nice breakfast. The room was small but smart and clean. The staff was very helpful. After flying from the US, I was allowed to check in early and offered breakfast.

Posizione fantastica...di fronte al lago e vicino al centro e ai numerosi locali..convenzionato con Ristorante Lungo Lago...camere pulite e ordinate...dotato di parcheggio...buona colazione a buffet...spendo parole di elogio per la cortesia di tutto il personale ..specie alle due ragazze addette reception e colazioni...gentili e brave...una menzione particolare anche al Direttore ...mi sembra di chiami jas..che mi ha risolto un problema con molta disponibilità e cortesia ....davvero splendidi..rapporto qualità prezzo super consigliato ...

Prima hotel voor prijs kwaliteit; zeker voor op doorreis. Vriendelijk personeel. Spreekt Engels. Goed ontbijt. Heerlijk geslapen. Uitzicht op meer. Parkeerplek is een uitdaging maar ook daar word je mee geholpen. Aan drukke weg maar geen last van geluid gehad

Accolti in un ristorante vuoto con una sola lampadina accesa: erano le 19.30. Ci accompagnano alla camera sita in un palazzo accanto al ristorante: camera pulita, carina e spaziosa. Peccato il forte odore di fogna che arrivava dal corridoio. Colazione nel ristorante un po' "striminzita": una fettina di prosciutto, due fettine di pane, due mini spicchietti di formaggio e una piccola fettina di frittata. Servizio e trattamento non valgono il costo della camera.
