We really enjoyed our stay at Chelsea House BnB because we had the best hosts, par excellence, who provided everything and beyond! This house is decorated beautifully and artistically with great taste, which made it so beautiful and homey, thanks to Jennie and Tony’s great attention to details. Everything from A to Z was excellent and perfect! You have to stay here to understand what I mean. Location is great to enjoy touristy activities and beaches. We enjoyed driving around where everywhere is so scenic! Thanks very much to our hosts for showing us great spots to explore!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in the Ledwith King Room. A wonderful experience with a small, very well equipped kitchentte. There was absolutely nothing missing, be it in the bathroom or bedroom. Also we had access to a large living room to relax in. But the best part was the friendly owner Jennie who made us so welcome with coffee and goodies and was a rich source of knowledge for our travels around the North Island. Thank you so much Jennie!! Can recommend this place 100%!!

We spent one short night here and wished we could stay longer! Jennie is so welcoming and the house is well appointed. She has thought of everything! She spent time with us chatting through our plans and giving tips (her and her husband used to be travel agents). The front bedroom was gorgeous….high ceilings, beautifully decorated, even toiletries in case you ran out and candies in a dish. There was a cart with tea,cookies, etc for anytime you wanted anything and a large sitting room. Breakfast was wonderful with so many homemade jams to choose from, fruit and she even gave us a takeaway croissant for our early departure. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this B&B….the best stay bar none of our two weeks on the island!

The most wonderful stay! Jennie is a fantastic host. The room was incredibly clean, and breakfast was perfect. Loved the walk into town that Jennie detailed for me as well. I hope to return with my family soon… in the meantime, I’ll be telling everyone to book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jennie is a fabulous host. Great B&B! Very welcoming, great tour suggestions in town and surrounding areas of North Island. Knows a lot of fun history of the region. Food was delicious. Home is easy to get to and close to town, hiking tract, Whangarei Falls and other attractions.
