#hotelreview Percect price for what you get. Booked Studio 25 (smallest room in the hotel). Not big, but very good and perfectly fine for 2 people. Love the layout, lighting, places to put stuffs. The room is really spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious. The hotel is clean. All the staffs are really nice. The lobby is weirdly placed and the parking area is small, but there is a free vallet service. They have rooftop bar with a great view. Definitely will come to this hotel again. Location is great enough. Subway sandwich is just opposite the hotel. Also, it’s just 5 mins walk to Starbucks. You can also walk to other food places around there. And if you drive, the hotel is at the center of the city, so it’s fairly near to go anywhere. Parking area is very limited, but they provide valet and it’s free. Service is really good. Receptionists are all friendly and helpful. I requested for early check-in and late check-out and they happily gave it to me (based on availability of course). Refrigerator and safety box are provided. No toilet kit other than showel gel and shampoo. No hairdryer, shaving kit, etc. but you can ask by calling the guest service and they’ll provide for you. Highly recommended for the price is really worth your stay.

I really like Hidden Gems Bistro in Semarang. Got a recommendation from @hiddengemsmg to eat here. When we arrived, the location was a bit hidden, a bit above the location, but still easy to reach. It's located in a residential area, so the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Yesterday, my children and I automatically relaxed here, after walking since morning. The design is industrial but has a beauty touch. Every detail is tought out, cool and beautiful. The seating area is mostly indoor with glass windows, so there's still good lightning but it's not hot. And divided into several spots, so it feels more private... like a good ambience. Not only that, the food and drinks here are unique and delicious". You should try it anyway if you go to Semarang. And the food menu is different, there are 2 kinds, the brunch menu at 8 am-4 pm, and the dinner menu at 4 pm-10 pm . Yesterday I tried the Brunch menu, but because I was too late, most of them were sold out, but lucky us still got their Hawaiian Shashlik, which has a really tropical taste, and their Niku Jaga, that wagyu brisket glazed by shoyu, so delicious and eat with mushroom rice with 62 c sous vide eggs, it's crazy we all love them so much. For the coffee, I tried Caribbean Dark, it's espresso, blueberry, lime, and mint, so good. And for the dessert, the plating of the Lemon Tart is really cute, they put it inside the glass jar, and when you open it, ice smoke will come out. Making that Lemon Tart so fresh. This hotel is newly opened in 2020. The name is Tentrem Hotel Semarang. It was luxurious hotel that gives me good impression. I love the design of the lobby, makes it look spacious and warm for visitors and guests. Every corners of the hotel has a nice fragrance, smells like lemongrass or something. The foods are various and the taste was amazing! Rooms are spacious and suitable for family getaway 🌸 So, if you are in Semarang and would like to experience an amazing stay, Tentrem Hotel should be on your list. #hotelreview Perhaps maybe the most chic hotel I've visited in this city. It's very trendy, fashionable and Instagram worthy for fellow Gen Z or maybe even millennials. The room was a bit tight but it was spot on for me (considering I don't need much of a space.) It was perfect, cold, cozy and very comfy. Although I would definitely ask them to fix the WiFi due to occasional crashes. Otherwise, it was an exceptional stay and highly recommended for couples or even solo travelers like myself I really recommend this hotel for those who want to have a business trip in semarang. Really nice room with beautifull view of semarang especially lawang sewu, the water is reffillable from dispenser in each room alley, food is great, staffs are excellent and the price is reasonable (for me its cheap) for the hotel location that really in the center of semarang and in the top of Shopping mall. Eventhough the hotel access from the roftoop parking is closed for 2 years because pf the mall expansion, it is not degrade the quality. For me it is so great that they are upgrading themself. Will always stay in this hotel for next next next time visiting semarang Pros : Room was great, they provide water dispenser close to your room. AC is very cool reaching 22 C in night. Plenty of amenities that you dont get in other 3 star hotel. Breakfast had plenty of choice, egg station with sausage and potato wedges, rice station complete with carbs (nasi goreng), fiber (stirred bok choi with garlic), and protein (beef blackpepper). Herbal drinks, milk with cereal, ice cream, toast with variety of jams, bakery (it dont taste good), soft drinks, coffee n tea ofc. There are Gym, Smoking Area (coz they dont allowed guests to smoke in the room), and plenty of common space with free flow coffee (huge plus for a smoker) and tea while you chilling in those mentioned places. Step away from DP Mall which is a huge advantage if you are travelling with kids. If you need anything that u forget to bring, just go the mall. They had TransMart that can fulfill your daily needs. Helpfull staffs! Cons : The room was pretty small if your travel with kids. There is no working table in your room. The corridor is quite dark. No coffee n tea in your room.
