デラックスな親切な部屋を手に入れました。部屋の大きさはOKでしたが、バスルームは小さかったです。バスタブが小さく、通気口が機能しませんでした。彼らは通気口について何もできず、部屋を変えるための別の選択肢がありませんでした。私たちは泥だらけの部屋で寝ることになりました。彼らは扇風機を提供しましたが、それは窓を開けずにミギーを押しのけてしまうか、私が快適ではなかったドアを開いたままにしておかなければなりませんでした。流しの排水口にアリが数匹いて、バスルームのドアの周りが錆びていたので、ベントがどれだけ長く機能していないかわかりません。食べ物は大丈夫でしたが、値段が高すぎて、私はさまざまなミックスドリンクを試しましたが、選択肢が少なく、好きではありませんでした。休憩する場所が必要な場合は問題ありませんが、記念日の夜はファンではありませんでした。

Stayed here for a Clickfunnels mastermind I was attending in the area and it was fantastic. The staff was amazing. The Baraboo Supper Club was outstanding (and being from Wisconsin, I know a thing or two about Supper Clubs). The gym had ample weights up to 50 lbs, a functional trainer, and plenty of cardio and calisthenics equipment. And the rooms were clean, spacious, and fun! If you're considering a stay in Boise, I highly recommend you stay at Hotel Renegade. I'd also recommend checking out Guru Donuts, which is right around the corner if you're in the mood for a tasty gluten free treat!

0My妻と私はトイレが詰まっているのを見つけるために部屋に着きました。私はプラグインを尋ねるためにフロントデスクに電話し、すぐに送られると言われました。 15分後、私は直接プラグインを尋ねるためにフロントデスクに行きました。重要なものが上がってきたのでリクエストが遅れたと言われましたが、すぐに送られます。10分後、再びプランジャーを頼むためにフロントに戻ってきました。プランジャーが「もう途中で」と言われたところ、そこに立っていると、メンテナンススタッフがフロントに着き、プランジャーが見つからないとフロントに伝えた(「もう途中で」私の部屋に着いた)。フロントスタッフとメンテナンススタッフを従えて、通路のクローゼットに行き、そこでプランジャーを置いて、ホテルの部屋のトイレから前のゲストの浮遊糞便を突き落とす喜びを味わいました。私はメンテナンススタッフを清掃室(プールの5階)に護衛しました。2度もプランジャー問題について嘘をつき、却下されたような気がして、フロントに行って夜のマネージャーに苦情を申し出ました。特に夜のマネージャーに頼みました。また、フロントスタッフの一人(アライ)が夜のマネージャーと特定した際に、私は嘘をついた。私的に他の客から私の苦情について話しかけていたところ、Actual Night Manager(ニックス)が現れて苦情があったかと問い合わせたところ、ニックス(実際のナイトマネージャー)が信じられないほど失礼で軽蔑的だったことがわかった。この訓練を受けていない、準備が整っていないスタッフが彼らの手がかりをどこに持っていくかは不思議ではありません。場所は素晴らしいですが、トラブルを自分で救い、通りの向こうのラディソンに滞在してください。

We stayed here last yr & really liked it. So for our anniversary celebration this yr we decided to try the same place again. Well, this time was even better than last time! Our room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms of many we've stayed at over the yrs, which is very important. The setup of the room was great for us also. Lots of storage area if needed. Nice size fridge/freezer as well. Liked that checkout was at noon, instead of 11am. For night owls, that helps a lot! But what brought our hotel stay ABOVE & BEYOND was the staff helpfulness & friendliness! My hubby & I were greatly impressed! The lady that checked us in around 2:30pm, Sun, Oct 27th was not only friendly but had good humor too. So it was great starting our visit with a friendly smile & on a positive note. Then, that night when we got back from our dinner, we went to ask another question & that next young lady Chelsie was AMAZING! She took the time to have a friendly chat w/us. We could tell she really cared that our stay here was a very pleasant one! Meant so much to us as seniors (tho very youthful in heart!). You could really tell she was very passionate about her job. So the staff helped to clinch our final decision to make Home2Suites our semi-annual tradition for our stay-cations from now on! Thx so much for making our stay such a memorable one! See ya next time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my four night stay at this property. Rocco (see photo) checked me in on arrival, was extremely welcoming, and continued to provide excellent customer service during my entire stay when he was on duty at the front desk. He also had great recommendations and provided really helpful information each time I made a request of him. Thanks Rocco! Everyone I came in contact with at this hotel was well trained, accommodating, and enjoyable to talk to, including at the front desk, eating area, and housekeeping. Excellent location near Boise State University, two large parks, several museums, and the river. But, really, only an 8 to 10 minute walk to the middle of downtown which I visited frequently during my stay. Free parking in a large parking lot was a plus . The facility itself has a nice enough lobby area, an excellent breakfast, particularly the omelettes each morning, and tasty coffee available at no charge throughout the day. Flavored water, infused with fruit, in the lobby was a nice touch. My room was on the third floor and the elevator service was fine. Room was decent size with a king bed that had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Good hot water in the shower. Nice TV. Excellent desk that had a swing out arm to provide extra space. That was a welcome addition to the room. Comfortable couch too. Small pool and exercise room, which I did not use. There is a hot tub also, but it was out of service for at least part of the stay. Well managed, nice property. Thanks!

The hotel appears to be brand new but because the room air conditioners are old school ( so very noisy & blowing that sleep is tough) it may be just a renovation. It’s essentially your average HGI, they don’t clean rooms unless you ask well beforehand, desk staff is clearly not trained and the breakfast food is powdered eggs etc. It is a very pretty lobby. Nice pool & Gym. Great breakfast staff - loved Nancy. Parking is in a public lot next door $15. You need a car because nothing is nearby but construction. HH Diamond members no longer receive breakfast - just a $20 credit. Hilton is not a great loyalty program & getting worse. Would I stay again? There are lots of choices in Boise and the noisy air conditioners- I am here to sleep - would likely send us elsewhere.

仕事のために1週間ハイアットプレイスボイズ/ダウンタウンに宿泊しました。前回泊まったのは2019年COVID前でした。ポストCOVIDに泊まった他にも、老朽化や衰退の兆しを見せているホテルもあります。これではありません。さらに重要なのは、スタッフがトップノッチで、ホテルは清潔で効率的に管理されているようでした。私は1日朝、再びトップノッチで朝食を楽しんだ!またこのホテルに滞在することを楽しみにしています!!
