My wife and I went for a staycation there for two nights, we didn't have a good experience regarding restroom, it was winter, after check in, went for shower but water heater wasn't work properly, either it's too hot or cold, and pressure fluctuating, i called the reception, they suggested me to put water controller on centre to get warm water, but it didn't work then i called them again and requested to change the room but it was negative, though they sent repair personal, which wasted our time. The repair personnel were quite unprofessional, his shoe wasn't clean, so made the washroom floor dirty, though they mop later, but i felt it's unhygienic, after fixing the water issue, the next day it came back again, the water issue was never solved properly. To note the washroom floor is quite slippery due to the wrong floor tiles choice, other than that staycation was average, hope the management will improve matters, at last thanks to them for letting us delay check out and airport transportation.

部屋は広くて快適でした、そして私はそこのスタッフを賞賛しなければなりません。非常にフレンドリーで親切。ランドリーは素晴らしかった。しかし、9階で割り当てられたレストランは平均的で小さかったが、後で1階で割り当てられたレストランはとても良かった。ホテルへのアプローチも最高ではなく、景色も素晴らしいものではありません。フロントオフィスとレセプションを担当するシャヒド氏の名前に特に言及しなければなりません。彼は最も親切で効率的でした。滞在は快適でした。

went to moulvibazar was looking for place to stay for a few days the rest inn hotel was recommended look at some of the reviews just to get an idea on what I should expect the hotel has a left at the front the staff at reception we’re very friendly I was unsure of which room to stay in but the staff were more than happy to show me the rooms, which I felt was very helpful. The room I stayed in was very nice, clean and with more than enough space. The room we stayed included breakfast I visited the restaurant food was good

Me and my wife with their for breakfast buffet so much. they have a great selection of breakfast items. All the staffs were Really nice and well mannered, especially Shimu Gazi. She is fantastic and an asset to the company. I would recommend this to my friends and family for sure.

Had a great experience. Long story short, the service really amazed me. They have Fluent speaking Executive's which lead me to no confusion understanding anything. They are well educated. Rooms are so so I had two rooms in total. One was quite spacious than the other one. You will love their Buffet Dinner. Haven't had good flavourful food in a while. Coffe shop looks really peaceful to me. & when it rains you can hear the sound from coffe shop from the Aquarium on top looks like a tomb. But they should have swimming tiers I had to wear life jackets lol Overall I'm giving you guys 5 star coz you deserve it
