鉄道から徒歩20分ですが、ショッピングセンターと川に近い197室のホテルの隣にあります。窓が開いている快適な部屋ですが、必要に応じてエアコンが付いています。私たちはここで2泊しましたが、宿泊料金には朝食が含まれていました。朝食ルームの入り口にある看板は、数字が低いときに早く(午前7時から午前8時まで)来ることをお勧めします。つまり、落ち着いていますが、7.15に到着すると、すでに混雑していて、テーブルが食堂スタイルで配置されています。みんなで集まったので、リラックスした食事をするスペースはほとんどありませんでした。その時、「忙しい」期間をやっているとどうなるか想像するのは難しいでしょう。これはコーチパーティーや看板を読んで、一日の平和なスタートを求めて早く来る人によって引き起こされるかもしれません!

Everything went smoothly. The breakfast is very tasty - it's important that omelets are made fresh according to your preferences. The rooms have the cozy ambiance of an old historical house. The location in the city center is convenient. Those coming by car need to plan ahead for parking - however, there are spaces available on the side streets. BTW. Restaurant seems to be very good!

Economy class hotel attached to large shopping mall on the suburbs of Tartu. Good for motorised guests as provide easy access from main roads approaching Tartu and has plenty of free parking spaces. During the stay ( Sep '22 ) it was ongoing massive road repair works nearby, probably now is finished. Said that, hotel location is absolutely not good for sightseeing purposes, as you need commute additionally to city center. Reasonable priced hotel, providing balanced quality accomodation. Positive: location for guests with auto; availability of shopping mall adjusted to hotel ( you can get in without even leaving hotel doors ) Negative: poor breakfast, sound insulation Overall - acceptable, would recomend.

We stayed in a superior room on the third floor for one night. Room was very spacious and clean with a great view. The only downside was traffic noise. I have stayed in this hotel before and I don't remember that much noise from the last time, but I guess our room was on a higher floor last time. Breakfast was served in restaraunt Humal and it was excellent. There was no phone in our room to contact reception in case of emergiencies or questions. We didn't need it this time, but in some cases it might be useful. There are free parking spaces behind the hotel. Location is very good. I would stay in this hotel again.

My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that ”nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room”, which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.
