the internet isn't good

J’ai mis 1/5 pour le service j’aurai préféré mettre 0/5, les filles qui sont à l’accueil sont exécrables, méchantes et aucun professionnalisme !!! J’ai été outrée par leur accueil et leur façon de nous parler et nous traiter… un exemple parmi tant d’autre : Nous arrivons au comptoir et attendons qu’une personne devant nous termine avec elles, lorsque cette personne fini et s’en va nous nous rapprochons du comptoir (nous étions juste derrière la personne ) et ces sauvages font mines de travailler, l’une trace des lignes sur son cahier tandis que l’autre fais mine de bouger la souris sur son écran… aucune d’elles ne lèvent les yeux, nous les regardons nous attendons nous attendons à 2cm d’elles et je vous promets que si nous ne les coupons pas elles ne nous regardent pas… ensuite aucun bonjour, ni aucun en quoi puis je vous aider, ni aucun sourire donc nous dérangeons… et ce genre de situations a été répété durant tout notre séjour qui a duré 14 nuits… comment vous dire, j’en étais malade… j’avais hâte de partir et plus jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds là bas. Quant a l’hôtel en général : piscine très sale, serviette pas dispo à la piscine, il faut appelé tous le personnel pour en avoir une, chambre vieillotte et Clim en panne plusieurs jours dans notre chambre… les lits sont vieux et c’est à nous de faire les lits des enfants le soir puisqu’ils dorment sur des banquettes… bref en résumé j’suis dégoûtée je déconseille fortement ne jeter pas votre argent comme nous… il y a mille fois mieux

Beautiful hotel, very good location and close to the beach. The staff speak english, the rooms are big and clean and one staff member who worked there was very friendly. The hotel is also cheap I would certainly recommend it. Best hotel in Adagir.

This is a really solid 3. 5* hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Postives. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Happy for us to have our room an extra hour so my daughter could go surfing. Really close to the beach. Tasty if basic breakfast that was really cheap. Huge rooms Pool towels available on request Cons. Location is a little far from town. There is a few restaurants within walking distance, but no proper shops for food etc. Dusty floors, they needed a really good clean. If staying with kids, ask to be on the quiet side. Our room overlooked a restaurant that had music playing until late. This is a really great, cheap, local hotel,especially for a long weekend and I'd happily stay here again

Lovely place, clean tidy and quiet with nice courteous staff. Stayed for a week and had no issues at all. Rooms are large and are equipped well, fridge and microwave could do with replacing but they did work. Pool area looked after well although the music is exactly the same every day starting from about 12.

Worst hotel we stayed at in Morocco. Not up the standards of other destinations at same price. Hotel was dirty, room was dirty. Although the maids general cleaning was ok the long term grime and dirt was evident. The balcony was disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned! The shower was dirty. Around the pool area was dirty, sun loungers dirty. Everything was broken, the air con didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work (we were quickly given a replacement but again the replacement fridge was not clean inside) no plug to be able to wash up. Water was cold so cold showers and no hot water to wash up. Breakfast was ok - usual standard for Morocco. Agadir itself is often surrounded by sea mist - we didn’t get the sun till about 3.00 most days. I’ve given 2 stars because the location and sea view from balcony was good and the staff were friendly but that’s where it ends.
