Primera Suit Otel & App

I have rated this hotel as 4 star as I paid the same price for all inclusive as Room only elsewhere. Had I paid more for all inclusive I would have been disappointed and would not give it 4 stars. Location: Fantastic location, really central with everything walking distance - shops, beach, restaurants and bars but off the main strip so no noise at night. Taxi to get you down to the beach also very cheap. Rooms: Good size clean rooms, air conditioning great and a fridge in the room. Our room consisted of one room with twin beds, and a living area with a sofabed and a single bed. I would personally prefer two bedrooms rather than the living room as the sofa bes was so uncomfortable. No tea / coffee making facilities provided, and no cutlery or cups or anything to cook with, so might as well make it into two bedrooms which will suit a lot of families. A safe could be used for an additional cost. No pool towels provided so we went out first day and bought some. Entertainment: Non existent, so great for families with young children, but not so great for older children who may find it a bit boring. Especially as the wifi was awful - except for the chair in front of the hotel! We did lots of trips out so was quite happy for some downtime in the evenings. Did Food: The food was always edible but just not to my taste at all. Very repetitive and just a little bit bland. Meat Stew was served most nights , along with chicken, rice, pasta and chips. Same salad bar every evening. Nothing labelled so you only had a guess when sitting down. We quickly got fed up with the food and ate out often - which was cheap! The desserts were good - but not covered so often had flies crawling over which put us off. Staff: Work extremely hard and always smiling. Really look after all the guests and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make this hotel special - thanks so much for all your hard work. Would I return ? Absolutely! Alanya is so beautiful. But only if the price was right - ours really not worth paying extra for AI when you can eat out so cheap.

Just returned from another great stay at the Primera Hotel. Food was good and room very clean and spacious. All staff gave really good customer service, will definitely be returning. Thank you Primera

L'hôtel propose un service de massage et blerina la masseuse à su m'en dire plus sur mon corps elle ne c'est pas contenter que de me masser et n'était pas regardante sur le temp je n'est pas pour habitude de poster des commentaires mais la au vu de la prestation une femme exceptionnelle et très gentille ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Zeer goed hotel waar vriendelijk en vooral behulpzaam personeel aanwezig De kamers zijn goed en schoon Het ontbijt is goed net zoals het diner Het all in concept qua eten is wel aan tijden gebonden maar dat geld dan weer niet voor de drankjes althans tot 23.00 daarna kan er nog wel betaald worden voor de drankjes Maar verder zeker een aanrader winkels op loopafstand en er gaat dagelijks een busje vanuit het hotel naar de beachclub Havana wat ook zeker een aanrader is voor een dagje strand
