アムステルダム SALTO Amsterdam周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

私はビジネスでこのホテルに2泊しました。私の経験は一般的に前向きでしたが、予約する前に考慮すべき部分があります。ホテルは駅から荷物を持って長い散歩です。あなたの隣人が赤十字センターである通りに位置しています。夜には、この地域のホームレスや脆弱な人々に問題があります。私は2メートルの背の高い男性なので、私を気にしませんが、女性であれば同じではありません。利点は、大型スーパーマーケットの近さです。ホテル自体はかなりモダンです。プライベートテラス付きの部屋でしたが、実際は地下にあるので自然光が非常に限られていた。私の部屋は快適で、ブランドの基準に従って家具が整っていました。バスルームは清潔でモダンでした。私の部屋は天井にたくさんのコブウェブを持っていました。これは間違いなくレベル1のためです。客室は通路でつながるいくつかの建物に分けられているので、大きなスーツケースを持っている場合は、部屋に着くのに時間がかかることがあります。朝食ルームはレストラン(ブランドでは普通、問題なし)が無く、スペースが食事(配達やテイクアウト)に役立つので、残念な朝食のみオープンです。レセプションでは、私の意見では、あまりにも多くの人々が周りをこすっています。私が到着したとき、彼らは私自身とチャットし、書類作業に取り掛かったので、彼らは私に他の誰かの書類をくれました。頻繁に旅行する人にとって、最初の印象はあなたがどれほど効率的であるかを覚えておいてください - 人々とチャットする人が少ないことは仕事にもっと集中することを意味します。私がそこにいた間、IHGはよく公表されたデータの侵害に遭ったので、コンピュータシステムの故障に関する問題についてコメントしていません。最後に、荷物が少なく仕事の圧力がないカップルにとっては意味のあるホテルです。

セントラル駅からはフェリーに乗らなきゃいけないけど、ホテルからバスも出てるし、自分たちでいけば現地の人と同じように自転車でフェリーに乗ったりできる！そして部屋は最高のクオリティー！清潔感◎すべてにおいて◎

アムステルダムは初めてで、スマートフォンを置いていったら何度も道に迷ってしまい本気で遭難するかと思いました。しかしホテルの旗が遠くからも確認できてなんとか帰り着くことができました。場所は静かで便利です。そして何よりもスタッフが最高でした。私は英語が得意ではありませんが、とてもゆっくりと分かり易く話してくれて助かりました。日本人にはとても有難いです。急遽帰らなくてはいけなくなりましたが、事情を理解して親身になってくれました。とても嬉しく、感謝しています。今度は家族をつれてゆっくりと滞在したいと思います。

We are staying at the Intercontinental hotels as our main hotel and have been most impressed. Our stay at the Amstel was so pleasant! The staff was absolutely amazing, every person we encounter was so helpful and kind. It is impossible to single out anyone as each team member was great. We ate at the hotel all of our meals except one and the food and service were perfect. We were so grateful that although the afternoon tea was full they were able to accommodate us in another beautiful location where our view was spectacular. We are in hotels 150 nights a year and our experience at the Amstel was one of the very best. The staff members were such nice quality people. They thanked us for allowing them to provide assistance to us. We were so humbled by the generosity of the hotel staff. While dining everyone pitches in and help one another and whatever we could want was provided immediately. Thank you very much with complete sincerity and gratitude. The management should be commended for encouraging such terrific service. We look forward to our next visit to Amsterdam and staying at the Amstel.

ホテルは市内からそれほど遠くなく、ホテルの外観は非常に新しく、内部の環境はとても暖かいです。 2023年にリニューアルしたばかりの店内は臭みがありません。 ホテルの部屋は広くはありませんが、非常に合理的なデザインで、小さいながらも必要な設備はすべて揃っています。ベッドサイドの電源にしても、収納スペースにしても、面積の問題で手抜きがありません。バスルームも乾湿別に分かれており、バスタブもとても清潔で、夜もとても静かで眠れます。 翌日の朝食は、パン、ハム、*、野菜、コーヒーをとった以外は大満足でした。玉ねぎとハムが入ったチーズスクランブルエッグも店員さんが丁寧に作ってくれて、とても美味しかったです。非常にコストパフォーマンスの高いホテル、お勧めです。

The hotel was great. Very good quality of the equipment. But the services from the Reception was very unkind. The online booking was not great because they announced in Booking website they are not charge the credit card before the the date of the arrival. But they have tried a lot of time to charge my credit card during more than 1 week then they blocked my bank account because my bank though a tentative of fraud. I paid my bank to unblock and made a new credit card. They said it was to save the room... So they are not really in phase with the information giving on their profile in Booking.com. After that, at our arrival, they tried to charge more than expected my reservation (the amount they blocked in my credit card + the full amount of my entire reservation so more than 420 Euros)

夫の誕生日のために10月1日と2日から2日間夫と一緒にここに滞在しました。到着時に部屋は準備ができていなかったが、荷物を保管できるので問題はありませんでした。セントラル駅まで電車で5分という絶好のロケーション。非常に素敵なスタッフ、Lisa、Tobias、Jamienに感謝します。夫の誕生日に部屋の外のギフトバッグにProseccoのボトルを残してくれて、とても甘いです。ありがとうございます!私たちは間違いなくお勧めしますし、この地域でさえいれば戻ってきます!

中心部の混雑から離れたいけれど、ほとんどすべての場所に近い場所にいたいなら、間違いなく最高のロケーションです。スタッフは素晴らしかったです。私たちは何度か朝食に遅れましたが、スタッフはとても親切で、私たちのために朝食の時間を延長してくれました。

ホテルは駅から5分と大変便利で、市内中心部からも車で5分（運賃のみ片道2.6ユーロ）です。朝食にはたくさんの選択肢（ハム類、温かい食べ物、フルーツ、デザート、パン、温かい飲み物と冷たい飲み物）があり、味も良いです。部屋は広く、エアコンも完備されており、とても快適です。スタッフのサービス態度は良いです。ただ、お風呂場への扉がないので、お風呂上がりにはバスルームもトイレも水が溜まってしまいます…。

I really enjoyed my one week stay at Citiez. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough for you and are very helpful. We lost our multi-day tram pass and the staff went above and beyond to help, even offering alternate means of transport. They have good local knowledge and suggest good places to eat. They also helped us explore the various options for getting back to the airport on the morning we flew back to the UK. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We are a family of four so the room felt a little bit small with two double beds, but this was expected. I reported to reception that our sink wasn’t draining away and they arranged for it to be fixed before I got back that same day. The continental breakfast is on until 11 so there’s no rush to get out of bed in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is about 25 minutes on the tram to Amsterdam centre. You need the no. 17 which runs regularly and there is a stop teo mins walk from the hotel. You can get the tram from outside Amsterdam Central and the stop you need is Osdorpplein West.
