Alvea Hotel and Residences

We booked 2 nights at Alveo Hotel. Receipt staff is very accommodating to our request. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Strategic place near restaurants, bakeshop and public transport. The only challenge since it’s summer that they don’ have AC. They have fan but is not enough since the room is big. Overall great stay. Will recommend!

A comfortable stay at Alvea. Hairdryer and electric fan are available in the room. Water dispenser is at the corridor. Just both shower water pressure and shower hot water not strong enough Cleanliness needs to be improved as room has Ant and some area is sticky Room package included breakfast which is set breakfast. Suggest to have more selections. Car parking is available as well Hope to have full length mirror in the room Overall the stay is good and will consider to staying again. Hope will see some improvement by then.

Great place to stay in a great location, along Loakan road. Ideal for couples and families, although if youre looking for night out in Baguio it would be 2 km from the city center. Be aware rooms are not that sound proof though. Internet, even with mobile data is not so good in the morning til early evening. Service is excellent. Basement parking is also great.

The property is new. It supports Green environment. Toiletries are placed in reusable container. Water dispenser is place in common area. TV is smart with internet. Staff are very accommodating including the guard. Hotel is just beside the Victoria Cafe. Downside, preparation of breakfast took so long. Housekeeping are not keen on their cleaning. Traces of snacks from previous guest were found at the bottom of the bed.
