「They take you and bring you to the train station. The place is a beautiful historic house in beautiful Pingyao, close enough to the town gate and the commercial street. The only critique is that they use disposable paper towels instead of real ones. Who knows why. Pingyao is a jewel and staying in this kind of establishments is part of the experience.」

RRainer WWe traveled as a family of five to Pingyao and stayed three nights at the Jinxuan hotel. The stay was an absolute delight, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful with everything. They picked us up from the train station which made it very easy to find a place.
Jinxuan it’s located in the very heart of Pingyao and everything is easy to reach on foot. The facilities are simple and clean, the rooms are located in a very quiet patio of one of the traditional houses in in Pingyao. We stayed in a duplex room that offered lots of space for a family. The breakfast is traditional Chinese and the hosts spoiled us on the last day with some homegrown corn and tomatoes. If you’re looking for an authentic experience, we can absolutely recommend this place.

匿匿名ユーザーThe hotel is new, just opened last year, its room is big, clean & comfortable. It has a smart toilet, just like the ones in Japan. It is located in the old town center, and the location is super convenient, near the places of interest, shops & eateries.
The hotel is a family business. It provides pick up & drop off, the front desk which is manned by the daughter is super helpful. It has a beautiful interior decor, but the room is a room with modern facilities.
The buffet breakfast though not much variety taste good.
Overall, I have a great experience staying in this hotel.

ゲゲストWe had such a lovely stay here and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is owned by a husband and wife, the husband kindly picked us up from the train station and later dropped us back, which made our travel so much easier and stress-free. The wife checked us in warmly and looked after us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable. Her English was very good, and she gave us fantastic recommendations.
The homemade breakfast she prepared for us the next morning was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel like guests in their home rather than just customers at a hotel. Their kindness and genuine hospitality really stood out.
The room was modern and very clean, and the hotel itself is so picturesque! Staying here made our experience in Pingyao incredibly memorable. We’re very grateful for how well they looked after us and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I recently stayed at Tingbo Hotel and had an absolutely exceptional experience that deserves a full 5-star rating. From start to finish, every detail was carefully crafted, making my trip comfortable, memorable, and deeply culturally enriching.
The hotel’s facilities blend elegant new Chinese design with modern convenience perfectly. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and equipped with smart room controls, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and sleek, well-appointed bathrooms. The hotel also offers a well-maintained gym, a 24-hour self-service laundry room, and elegant public spaces ideal for relaxation and photos.
Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the property. Rooms are spotless, with fresh linens, sanitized surfaces, and tidy layouts that create a welcoming and hygienic environment. Housekeeping is efficient and thoughtful, ensuring a consistently pleasant stay.
Service is warm, professional, and attentive. The front desk team is friendly and efficient, providing useful local travel tips and prompt assistance with any requests. Staff go out of their way to make guests feel valued, with thoughtful touches that enhance the overall experience.

ゲゲストWe stayed at thos lovely hotel. Lovingly restored by the current owner Mr Wang. He is the 6th generation owner of the property.
Until 10 years ago it was a derelict and dilapidated building. He poured money, time, blood, sweat and tears to restore it
And it does feel and look like a traditional house.
You feel you are going back in time.
Firstly the customer service is way beyond the call of duty. Its so good, i would recommend staying with mr Wang at whatever hotel he runs.
He picked us at the Lower East Gate, and brought us to the hotel, then took nearly half an hour to explain in great detail where we need to visit, whether the sights be in the city or outside the city.
Some of his suggestions, not on the tour books were very good . For example he suggested 3 restaurants, and we avoided them thinking he was getting a kickback.on our 4th and last day we tried restaurant no 2 of his. And it was good , the food and service were good. The prices were average with other restaurants and we got a 10% discount being the hotel's guests. And remember we had eaten 10 meals by the time we came to his suggestions.
Another suggestion of Mr Wang was Ma family home - also a very good tip from him.
Everytime we had a request or question he always responded with enthusiasm.
On our last day we checked out at 4am and he still took us to the pick up point at that ungodly hour.
Yep Mr and Mrs Wang's customer service is just first class.
The room was large, queen deluxe double, and the furnishings were traditional chinese furniture made of Rosewood. Very Expensive furniture for a hotel room. Shower worked well and was hot. However be aware its chinese style wet floor system ie there is no shower curtain between the shower and a small part of the bathroom does get wet if youare not careful. MR Wang said it will be one his improvement on his priority list. Hopefully by the time you booked the problem will have been resolved
The hotel is very close to the main streets. About 5 min walk.
The city of pingyao is worth visiting, it is one of the very walled cities left in China, with its old buildings intact and people still living it. All the city walls are also intact. Magnificent at night.

ゲゲスト旧市街に入るとすぐにある、伝統的な旅館風のホテルです。私は典型的な石造りのベッドに布団を敷いて宿泊しました。最初は眠れなくてストレスを感じましたが、実際には完璧でした。もう一つのプラス点は、暖房付きの和式トイレと、通りの向かいにある地元の女性二人が朝食をとってくれたことです。これ以上本格的なホテルはないでしょう。駅までの無料送迎（私の場合は高速）も付いていて、知らなかったので嬉しい驚きでした。シンプルで本格的なローカル体験をしたいなら、ぜひおすすめです🙂

PPandalux素晴らしい滞在。スタッフは完璧なサービスとアドバイスを提供しました。ツアーの提案は適切で積極的でした(例えば、ライトシャワーが予測され、必要な場合は傘を用意していたことを知らせてください)。スタッフのほとんどは英語に堪能でした。
部屋は清潔できれいに装飾されていました。さまざまな中庭を賢く使用すると、部屋は非常にプライベートであり、全体的に非常に静かで穏やかでした。
当ホテルは旧市街中心部の主要な交差点の近くに位置し、ほとんどの興味のある点は20-30分で徒歩でアクセスできます。
荷物が重い場合は、ホテルから追加料金で送迎を行っています。ホテルから数百メートル離れた歩行者エリアのすぐ外(ただし城壁内)で降りると、荷物が運ばれるようにスタッフが手配するので、費用(1往復150元)はお金の価値がありますホテルへ。タクシーは旧市街までそれほど遠くまで運転することはできません。

MMufVinAr平遥のレッド ランタン インでの滞在は、本当に忘れられない思い出になりました。到着した瞬間から、オーナーはとてもフレンドリーで、フルサービスのホスピタリティを提供してくれました。チェックイン時には、思いやりのある酢の贈り物で迎えられました。このホテルはユニークで魅力的で、典型的なモダンなホテルではありません。受付は正面のショップにありますが、ホテルの名前がはっきりと表示されているので、簡単に見つけることができます。Trip.com の道順は正確で、北門からは少し歩きますが、歩く価値はあります。
旅館の雰囲気は魅力的で、昔の中国に連れ戻されます。部屋はシンプルなデザインですが、とても快適です。ホテルでは、写真撮影用の伝統衣装のレンタルも行っており、楽しい体験でした。
本当に際立っていたのは、並外れたサービスでした。オーナーは観光用のバスの手配を手伝ってくれ、かなり遠いにもかかわらず、平遥古城駅まで無料で乗せてくれました。車は広々としていて快適でした。さらに、ここで初めての雪を体験し、滞在がさらに魔法のようになりました。平遥を訪れる人には、レッド ランタン インを強くお勧めします。ここは、滞在だけでなく、忘れられない文化体験を提供してくれる場所です。
