We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Prior to our arrival, the owner proactively contacted us to confirm our estimated arrival time and thoughtfully arranged for a staff member to collect our luggage at the entrance of the Main Ancient City Gate, saving us the hassle of carrying our bags through the area. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. Every detail reflected the care and attention put into creating a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

To begin with, the hotel owner came out to greet us at the city gate and showed us the way to the hotel. She also offered to drive us to the train station when we were leaving at the end of the stay, which was very nice. All in all, Xuanxuan, the owner, was absolutely wonderful and has made her ancestral home a beautiful hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with bedsheets, duvets and pillows being very comfortable. The bed mattress is a little harder than in other hotels, but I prefer this and for my back pain it was better. The bathroom feels luxurious and is also very clean! The room is spacious and has a little seating area as well which is nice. The hotel and the rooms have a security keypad, making it easy to get in an out, and it feels very safe. The room comes with all sorts of small things, like dental packs, a loofah, slippers etc. The hotel is 50m from the main street, which is fantastic because you're close to everything, yet still tucked away for peace and quiet when you need it. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. It is beautiful, lovely host and great location. 10/10

I am very happy with value for money i have got. Room had all the things i need and facilities are modern. Electric toilet , tv , hair shampoo and conditioner, dryer and teapot all there. Though we had language barrier owner was quick to use App for translation so no issues at all. I felt she is very carring an dattentive. I had a bit of struggle to find place as i arrived in the dark and it is in a narrow street which is not properly lit . Name on a sign outside says Moonlight hotel in English. Arriving in daylight would be much better,otherwise location is very close to the gate so allow good access to the walk on a wall. I would recomend and stay there again.

本当に素晴らしいゲストハウスです！お部屋は広々として清潔で、寝具も驚くほど快適です。元軍人であるオーナーは、この宿を経営することにとても熱心です。オーナーは驚くほど親切で、仕事もテキパキとしていて、メルセデスで迎えに来てくれたり、道順を教えてくれたり、美味しいレストランを教えてくれたり、楽しい会話をしてくれました。お別れのお土産に地元の特産のお酢までくれました。本当におすすめです。本当に行く価値がありました！👍

The hotel is very beautiful, built within a 300years old courtyard kept with that stylish appearance. Furnitures in the room are also traditional, from the kang bed to the long wood/pillow sofa. The wet area (toilet) is separated by a glass. We got picked up at the train station. Unfortunately the return didn't work, although on trip.com is mentioned a ”round-trip”, but we lately understood that it is meant just one way (you can choose which direction). Also the mentioned ”welcome free fruits” was not served. Unfortunately the service was not so attentive. First day we came out at 9:15 and the breakfast was already over. Second day we went at 7:15, but we had to wait 30min to get it. The ”courtyard view” on our room was practically against the wall, although we booked one of the most expensive room. In general it is nice to sleep here for the place, that is really impressive, but the service could be improved.

強烈推薦！位置方便，在西門口，步行即可進古城，房間乾淨寬敞設備齊全，有停車位。附近步行有早餐有商店很方便，距離又見平遙也很近，步行即可。免費接送（高鐵也要7公里左右呢），司機車技嫻熟做事周到，後來又包車去臨汾，很滿意。酒店服務很好，自家賣的平遙牛肉孩子一口氣就吃了半斤。感謝長頭髮那位服務員幫我們切牛肉，感覺她是很熱愛自己的職業，全程熱心積極的在做事。電視很大哦，還有洗衣房，洗衣液免費用，很貼心。真的住古城外比住城裡好，城內房價物價高，古城裡酒店也特別小。

私たち9人家族は地方でのんびり過ごすためにこのホテルに宿泊しました。素晴らしい！事前にホテルに連絡し、チェックインが遅れることを伝えました。ホテルのスタッフはチェックイン当日に連絡をくれ、出迎えてくれ、荷物の搬入を手伝ってくれました。ホテルのオーナーは綿山への移動を手配してくれたり、街についての質問にも答えてくれたりして、最高の思い出を残してくれました。ホテルは壁の近くにあります。ホテルはとても興味深く、古く、内部には興味深い部屋がたくさんあり、私たちは内部で写真を撮りました。このホテルのスタッフ全員に感謝したいと思います。私は中国をたくさん旅行しましたが、このホテルは最高のホテルの 1 つで、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。皆さんにお勧めします。すべてが本物、本物の中国です。

歴史ある街並みの中にある、とてもスタイリッシュなホテルです。朝食も美味しく、すべてが徒歩圏内です。市内地図と、素敵な旧市街散策のおすすめスポットをもらえます。賑やかなバーからは離れているので、ぐっすり眠れます。高速鉄道の駅まで10分ほどのバス停があり、1元で行くことができます。同じバスが双林寺にも停まります。

素晴らしい滞在でした。サラさんとご主人は素晴らしく、とても親切でした。英語も話せます！車やツアーの手配を手伝ってくれ、靴工場にも連れて行ってくれました。朝食も美味しかったです。ホテルの内装は最高に魅力的で、ベッドはとても快適で、夜はとても静かでした。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

平遥特有の建築様式が残る素敵な雰囲気の宿です。館内には出来立ての料理がいただけるレストランもあり、どれも本当に美味しかったです！3泊の滞在中、ほぼ毎日そこで食事をしました。とてもおすすめです！麺もあらかじめ巻かれていて、酢をスプーン数杯かけて食べると絶品です！女将さんが美味しいビュッフェスタイルの朝食をご馳走してくれました！オーナーと女将さんはどちらも外国語を話せるので、よく訪れる外国人の方とのコミュニケーションもスムーズでした。宿は様々な観光スポットへのアクセスも良く、何より静かで騒音が全くありません。駅からの送迎サービスも充実していて、本当に助かりました！次回平遥に来たら必ずまた来ます！ご家族でぜひご予約ください！ぜひご予約ください！
