SSandra MacauBooked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back!
The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese!
The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels).
Toilet was big and had all the amenities.
Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, …
They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

ゲゲストLocated at a very good location. Walking distance to Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Rideau Shopping Centre, Notre Dam Cathedral Basilica.
Do note that kettle and bedroom slippers are on a request basis.
Chinese restaurant-Peking Duck, has nice food and is popular with locals. Sammi & Soupe is popular for xiao long baos and fried dumplings. Keg Steakhouse serves good steak with a nice ambience.
Overall, it's a positive experience.

AAlicia York-BirdI've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are!
The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

SSUI HANI checked in on a Monday. The hotel is clean and quite. Front desk staff are very friendly. With a swimming pool which opens until 10:30pm. Also provide continental breakfast. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and a microwave inside the room but surprisingly without providing a kettle. Still you can get hot water easily from the restaurant. Location is good and very close to a shopping centre/outlet. Would recommend it.

LLivyC75ここでの滞在を心から満喫しました。お部屋は広々としており、無料で優先コーナールームにアップグレードしていただきました。チェックイン時にホテルのWi-Fiに問題がありましたが、受付のトッドさんはとても親切で、チェックインを待つ間、近くの飲食店を教えてくれました。立地自体は中心部で市場にも近いですが、精神疾患、ホームレス、依存症などの問題を抱える人々がこのエリアに滞留している傾向が見られます。しかし、ホテルのセキュリティは万全です。ジムは新しく、素晴らしい景色を望めます。ホテルにはプールとサウナ、ランドリー設備もあります。ホテルのスタッフは常に非常に親切で融通が利き、滞在中は水を余分に用意してくれるなど、細やかな心遣いで私たちが快適に過ごせるよう尽力してくれました。部屋の快適さ、景色、そして素晴らしくフレンドリーなサービスから、またここに滞在することをお勧めします。

ゲゲストA short walk from Parliament Station, the Sheraton gave us a spacious room. However, there was no kettle to boil water for tea - we used the coffee maker instead. There was some kind of problem with the pipes in the wall, meaning a shopvac had to be left running in the hallway outside our room 24hr/d. The carpet in our closet next to the bathroom was always soaked, probably because of the problem.
Perhaps because it was near Centretown, we had one or two homeless or disturbed people on the sidewalks near the hotel. This made it uncomfortable for me to approach with my children because of their random mutterings and throwing of drink bottles. However this only happened twice during our weeklong stay.
Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, and sharply dressed.

Lluc1dream1場所はとても良いです。市内中心部の部屋はとても新しく、眺めは良いです。欠点は、エレベーターが非常に遅いことです。バスルームのシンクは水が飛び散りやすいです。洗顔後、床は水でいっぱいで、フロントデスクのスタッフは、私たちがアジア人であるのを見るのに少し気がします。ホテルの朝食時間を紹介しません駐車料金の基準については、率先してお問い合わせください。態度は少し恥ずかしいです。

ぼぼくつるたオタワの中心にちかく、移動に便利でした。部屋の清掃もいき届いていました。一つ疑問に思ったのが、Trio.comに登録した内容をもう一度登録する必要があると言われチェックインに時間がかかりました。

ゲゲストGreat place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.
