The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to the Parliament. The reception staff were very accommodating, and while the hallway was a bit dark, it had a pleasant scent. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The property also offers great amenities like a gym and a game room. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding with a brilliant suite and super staff. Great breakfast and location. Loved the kitchenette we had and convenient paid parking. Spacious suite perfect for our family.

大人3名でシグネチャースイートを予約しましたが、部屋は完璧でした。広々としていて設備も充実していました。追加のタオルやシャワージェルなどのアメニティが必要な場合は、廊下で受け取ることができました。ジムとランドリールームもあります。朝食も料金に含まれていて、ジュース、フルーツ、シリアル、ハンバーガーなどがありました。

Located at a very good location. Walking distance to Byward Market, Parliament Hill, Rideau Shopping Centre, Notre Dam Cathedral Basilica. Do note that kettle and bedroom slippers are on a request basis. Chinese restaurant-Peking Duck, has nice food and is popular with locals. Sammi & Soupe is popular for xiao long baos and fried dumplings. Keg Steakhouse serves good steak with a nice ambience. Overall, it's a positive experience.

The hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts.

良い点：十分な広さの駐車場（事前予約不要）。ショッピングモール「サンローラン」が近くにあります。朝食はまあまあです。ベッドの両サイドにコンセントとUSB-Aコンセントが2つずつあります。スタッフは総じてフレンドリーです。 悪い点：ダウンタウンの観光スポットから少し離れています（車で約10分）。部屋のコーヒーマシンで淹れたコーヒーはいまいちでした。エアコンの音がかなりうるさかったです。部屋のテレビは消せませんでした（しばらく電波がないと自動的に電源が切れるのですが）。コーヒー用の紙コップはいくつかありましたが、歯磨き用のコップを含め、部屋にはグラスやコップがなかったので、歯磨きは紙コップを使うしかありませんでした（環境に優しいのでしょうか？）。

初めてオタワに宿泊した際、ロード・エルギンに1泊予約しました。ホテルに早く到着したのですが、チェックイン時間前に部屋を用意していただき、大変助かりました。設備は清潔で、スタッフも親切でした。しかし、私たちが知らなかったのですが、7階の私たちの部屋はドアで繋がった別の部屋と繋がっていました。繋がった部屋では赤ちゃんが一晩中泣き、防音効果がほとんどなく、一晩中眠ることができませんでした。隣の部屋に住む両親の咳やくしゃみ、トイレの水を流す音、赤ちゃんの泣き声など、あらゆる音が聞こえてきたのが不思議です。快適に眠ることができず、激しい頭痛で目が覚めました。リドー運河スケート場にできるだけ近いホテルを予約したのですが、次回は別のホテルを探さなければなりません。

I checked in on a Monday. The hotel is clean and quite. Front desk staff are very friendly. With a swimming pool which opens until 10:30pm. Also provide continental breakfast. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and a microwave inside the room but surprisingly without providing a kettle. Still you can get hot water easily from the restaurant. Location is good and very close to a shopping centre/outlet. Would recommend it.

Very new and clean hotel. Nice and helpful concierge. Proximity to major malls, market and subway.

A short walk from Parliament Station, the Sheraton gave us a spacious room. However, there was no kettle to boil water for tea - we used the coffee maker instead. There was some kind of problem with the pipes in the wall, meaning a shopvac had to be left running in the hallway outside our room 24hr/d. The carpet in our closet next to the bathroom was always soaked, probably because of the problem. Perhaps because it was near Centretown, we had one or two homeless or disturbed people on the sidewalks near the hotel. This made it uncomfortable for me to approach with my children because of their random mutterings and throwing of drink bottles. However this only happened twice during our weeklong stay. Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, and sharply dressed.
