Private Soup Holiday Villa by the Sea in Shenzhen is a lovely spot right in front of the beach. The room we had was modern, super clean, and included a few smart features. Sea-facing rooms weren’t available during our stay, but the mountain view we had was still nice. The staff were friendly and helpful—they asked to be added on WeChat, which made it easy to request things like extra pillows, drinking water, or a late check-out. Using WeChat was convenient since we could translate their messages into English. We got there by taxi booked through DIDI from Luohu; the ride took about 70 minutes and cost around 130 yuan. Lastly don't miss out on visiting Dapeng Fortress and Dongshan Temple both about 15/20 minute walk away.

まず、ホテルのスタッフの皆さんのサービス態度がとても良かったです。子供を連れて旅行していたのですが、車を降りるとすぐにスタッフの方が積極的に荷物を持ってくださり、フロントでは部屋のアップグレードまでしてくれました。次に、部屋は嫌な匂いがなく、清潔で整頓されており、広さも十分で、防音効果も良かったです。ホテルの朝食は毎日内容が変わるほど豊富で、最もおすすめしたいのはランドリーサービスです。洗濯は4階で、持っていくたびにスタッフが洗濯、乾燥、そして畳んで袋に入れてくれるので、宿泊客にとっては非常に親切で便利です。ホテルの目の前には地下鉄の駅があり、移動も非常に便利でした。ホテルの周辺にはフードストリートがあり、まとめると、食事、宿泊、移動、すべてにおいて非常に満足でした👍

📍ロケーション最高：華強北の中心部にあり、地下鉄駅から徒歩3分。コンベンションセンターや皇崗税関も近く、出張効率が格段に上がります。 🛏部屋の質感：シティビューの部屋は広々としており、部屋全体のスマートコントロールは感度が高く、ベッドリネンは高密度で肌触りが良く、枕は硬さが選べます。遮光カーテンを閉めれば、喧騒から一瞬で静寂な空間に変わります。 🚿バスルーム体験：ウェットエリアとドライエリアが3つに分かれており、水圧は非常に強く一定で、スマートトイレも完備。細部にまでこだわりが感じられます。 🍳食事のクオリティ：朝食は10:30まで。注文を受けてから作る牛肉麺はスープが濃厚で肉の香りが良く、フルーツは新鮮で、コーヒーは挽きたて。同価格帯のホテルをはるかに超えています。 💻ビジネス設備：Wi-Fiは全館どこでも繋がります。ロビーには独立したブース席があり、打ち合わせに便利です。各フロアにセルフサービスのアイロンエリアがあり、急なシャツのしわにも対応でき、とても実用的です。 🤝サービスの温かさ：フロントの対応は効率的で、終始笑顔。温かいおしぼりを自主的に提供してくれ、チェックアウト時にはデータケーブル収納ポーチのお土産までくれました。心遣いが素晴らしいです。 💰コストパフォーマンス：福田の中心部でこの価格は、周辺の同レベルのホテルよりも豪華な食事が一回分浮くくらいお得です。非常にお値打ちです。 総合的な感想：プロフェッショナルな基準でありながら、若々しく効率的。次回華強北に来る際も必ずリピートします。強くお勧めします！

I left 5-star ratings across all categories as I was informed that staff performance could be affected otherwise. The staff were helpful, responsive and polite throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing and not somewhere I would recommend. I booked this hotel after seeing videos online and noticing it was marketed as a luxury property on Trip.com. The sea view is beautiful, and there are some photo-worthy spots around the property. However, it quickly became apparent that the hotel prioritises aesthetics over the guest experience. There were several signs of cost-cutting, including thin walls and fixtures that felt poorly installed. For example, the sea view from the pool was stunning, but just beyond it was a messy, poorly maintained storage building, which detracted from the luxury atmosphere. Privacy was one of our biggest frustrations. Our balcony looked directly onto a neighbouring balcony on one side, and the pool area and photo-worthy staircase on the other. We specifically paid more for a room with a balcony and sea view, but barely used it during the day because it felt so exposed. To make matters worse, our neighbour was smoking, making it difficult to enjoy the space at all. We ended up spending more time at the pool instead, but that was very disappointing. There were several dead insects in the water, including beetles and flies, and only two sun loungers for guests. Every 20 minutes, photoshoots took place around us, making it difficult to relax or enjoy any sense of privacy. It was especially frustrating because we had already avoided using our balcony for the same reason. We were also only informed after check-in that the pool would be closed for maintenance the following day, meaning we couldn’t use it on our final morning. The biggest issue for us was the noise. There was a recurring loud thumping sound throughout the day and evening. We weren’t sure whether it was coming from hotel operations next door or the ongoing construction beside the property, which also made parts of the hotel feel dusty and unfinished. One issue was resolved after we reported it, but we were later woken around 5am by an extremely loud disturbance that sounded like firecrackers, which staff advised had come from other guests. Breakfast was also surprisingly limited, with only a Western or local set option and no flexibility to customise or choose individual items. Once you look beyond the social media appeal, the privacy, noise, facilities and overall build quality fell well short of what we would expect from a luxury hotel. In our opinion, this felt more like a 3-star property with 5-star service. Aside from the pool area, there was very little else within the property for guests to enjoy, making it difficult to justify its “luxury hotel” positioning.

今回の出張で前海に滞在する際、このホテルを選びました。全体的な体験は期待をはるかに超えており、特にフロントスタッフのEllaさんを褒め称えたいです。チェックインの際、彼女は終始親切で丁寧に対応してくれ、全室スマートコントロール、14階のレジャーエリア、セルフランドリーなどの設備について詳しく説明してくれました。また、周辺の商業施設や通勤ルートについても丁寧に教えてくれました。ホテルのデザインはシンプルで高級感があり、客室の床から天井までの窓からは開放的な景色が広がり、独立したワークデスクは仕事に最適です。寝具は柔らかく肌触りが良く、バスアメニティも質が高いです。朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で、和洋食の両方があり、14階には無料のネイルサービス、アーケードゲーム、ドリンクを楽しめるリラックスエリアもあります。サービスは終始迅速で、Ellaさんは私が書類を印刷する必要があることを知ると、すぐにビジネスセンターとの調整を手伝ってくれました。効率的で心遣いが行き届いており、出張でここに宿泊すると快適で心配事がなく、次回前海に来るときもこのホテルを選びます。

!!! THE BAR IS VERY EXPENSIVE !!! The name on the building is different from what's on Trip.com, but the address is right. Staff were friendly. At check-in, they gave me the wrong room, was suggested that it's an upgrade but was actually a downgrade since I booked a room with a balcony. The mood was spoiled when they charged me 50Rmb to change the sheet of the wrong room where we literally spent 2min in. The interior of the rooms are very beautiful. The pool is only open from 2pm till 10pm. There's not a lot of shade outside. Breakfast is the same every day.

全体的な宿泊体験は非常に満足のいくものでした。チェックインの2日前に、ホテルの担当者からチェックイン情報の確認と、他に必要なものがあるかどうかの問い合わせがありました。チェックインの際、モニカさんはとても優しくて熱心でした。初めての宿泊でしたが、ホテルの宿泊環境を丁寧に説明していただき、すぐにお部屋まで案内していただきました。ホテルではウェルカムカードとウェルカムフルーツプレートを用意してくださり、エグゼクティブルームへのアップグレードも手伝ってくれました。 73階からは美しい夜景が楽しめます。 ホテルは神野広場のすぐ隣という絶好のロケーションにあり、地下鉄の駅の上にあるので、ショッピングや旅行にとても便利です。 特に褒めたいのは、部屋にあるBluetoothスピーカーです。音楽なしでは生きていけない私にとって、とても満足です！部屋で夜景を眺めながら歌を聴きながら一晩中過ごしました！

We were very satisfied with our room, which had a balcony and sea view. The room was large, with comfortable bed, and modern bathroom, and very clean. The beach is easily accessible and has many facilities. We ordered drinks from the coffee bar and watched the sun set over the beach. The food we ordered from the Western style restaurant was very delicious. The service was good. We needed help to cast a movie onto the projector screen, and staff came up to our room to help us. Overall we very very impressed, and will come back in summer when we can swim, and will stay longer.

初めての深圳旅行で利用しました。X（旧Twitter）での宿泊体験を見て予約しましたが、大正解でした。 地下鉄1号線の「老街駅」から向かおうとしましたが、事前にホテルから連絡があり、「5号線 東門駅 M2出口」から徒歩約2分と教えていただきました。おかげで迷わず到着できました。 高層階のお部屋で、眺めが抜群に良かったです。長期滞在にも対応できるほど設備が充実していました。 キッチン、電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫（冷えた水が2本入っていました）、ドラム式洗濯乾燥機まで完備。洗剤も用意されており、夜寝ている間に洗濯ができて非常に便利でした。 バスタブは深めで、肩までしっかり浸かって疲れを癒せました。シャワーの水圧や温度も一定で快適です。また、キッチンの水道には浄水用の水栓も付いていました。 ベッドの寝心地も良く、ぐっすり休めました。 ホテルの近くの「東門老街」には飲食店が沢山あるので、食事には困りません。 何よりフロントのスタッフの方々が素晴らしかったです。英語対応はもちろん、日本語の話せる方さんや、中国語のみのスタッフさんも翻訳機を使って親身に対応してくれました。滞在中に淘宝網で購入した荷物の件でも相談に乗っていただき、本当に感謝しています。 初めての深圳でしたが、このホテルのおかげで素晴らしい思い出になりました。また絶対に泊まりたいです
