STAFF APPRECIATION: Simply wonderful. I encountered many staff members during my stay, working in the hotel itself, the various cafes and restaurants, and on the beach. Every single one was professional and kind and so very warm. Several of the young people working there also spoke English, which was an unexpected pleasure and convenience for which I was grateful. However, I owe a special thanks to the lovely little sisters at the front desk, Catie and Xiao Kue. Especially Catie. This sweet young woman took exceptional care of me during my stay, seeing to every need, answering every question (in English, no less), and patiently guiding my drivers to the location when I arrived or chose to go out and explore. I am getting older now and often require clear instructions and visual aids. 😅 She kindly offered both. 非常感谢。🙏 HOTEL REVIEW: There are multiple warnings given before and during the stay about ongoing construction next door, but it had minimal impact on my stay and, if you're out exploring and playing, you won't even notice it by the time you return in the evening. As promised, it started at breakfast time and concluded by 6pm in the evening around dinner time every day. I choose this hotel deliberately because, while a little more expensive than its competitors and a bit off the beaten path, it seemed to offer more convenience and privacy. I was so relieved to see that this was true. Their beach is small, but well-maintained and private, which meant no crowd and plenty of opportunity to take people-free pictures and simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea. There was also no shortage of dining options on the resort itself as well as nearby. Several fun, beautiful places to visit are also located a short drive away. However, if you're looking for a retreat, a place to simply rest and be close to nature, away from crowds, this place offers that as well. It was a welcome respite. I saw couple, families with children, and even a few other foreign guests all enjoying their time here. 🏖 Because I was on a budget this time, I chose the lowest priced room and was prepared to sacrifice my view of the sea. Unexpectedly, I didn't have to. This was a very happy surprise. ☺️ Though, I'll definitely try and splurge on a room on a higher floor next time as being near the entrance could sometimes be a little loud when guests arrived. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my time here and hope to return someday. TLDR; Wonderful, attentive staff; private, convenient location; stunning views; and several dining options all offer a very pleasant, worry-free getaway during peak season. Well worth the price and the journey. Every kind of traveler will find something to enjoy here.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location! Right in front of the beach in the newly renovated swimming area. The staff is super accommodating with everything including free shuttles from the parking area which is really convenient with the hot weather. The hotel also includes a bunch of perks: free beer in the evening, afternoon tea, and more! Highly recommend staying here!

お部屋はとても快適で、行き届いたサービスのおかげで、本当に快適で満足のいく滞在になりました！本当にリラックスした休暇のように感じました！ もう一つの心遣いは、朝食、昼食、夕食のどの時間帯でも、各部屋でスタッフの方々が丁寧な対応をしてくださったことです。スタッフの方々は私の要望にできる限り応えてくれました。私はアフタヌーンティーの予約をお願いしただけで、後でお腹が空いたらまた飲みたいと思っていました。冷めていても構わないと思っていましたが、スタッフの方々はすぐに温かいお茶を用意してくれました！本当に感謝しています！

今回は繁忙期を避けて行ったのですが、とても気持ちよかったです！ホテルのサービス設備は充実しており、ホテルのスタッフの態度も素晴らしく、期間中に宿泊したホテルも無料アップグレードを受けました。同時に、テレビとゲーム機器の接続に問題が発生しました。ホテルの IT マネージャーも非常に熱心で、オンサイトサービスを担当してくれたので、さまざまな接続の問題を解決することができました。私たちの旅行写真を撮ってくれた写真家のA Weiさんも、とてもプロフェッショナルで細心の注意を払ってくれました。天気のせいで、最初は少し雨が降っていましたが、写真家さんはとても辛抱強く私たちを待っていてくれて、最終的には雨が上がり、天気が良くなりました。結果は素晴らしかったです。その日は、修復された写真が戻ってきました。非常に効率的です。次回また訪れます。

The concept is fantastic, computer is fast but most games needed WeChat and local ID to access. I ended up watching lots of drama stream and general browsing. The room is relatively clean but lots of area which is run down and not maintained. All the windows are horrible to look at, I just leave the curtain alone and don’t want to see or touch it. Some wall paper is coming off the wall and above the computer there is a poster size stain which I guess looks worse than it is. The hand basin where the disposable toothbrush are kept looks like there is some dried up fizzy drink stains, still sticky which is not pretty, toothbrush is individually wrapped which is great. It provides clean towels and the toilet and shower is clean, 8/10 I did not drive but there is a car park area right outside the blue building, it is 2 cars width and 3 car length. I saw reception staff helping people moving cars around to let guess parked at the rear to get out. Some were stuck as other guess with car keys weee sleeping. There are alcohol wipes and disposable cover for the headphone. Mouse and headphones are good enough for online games. Chair has seen better days but ok for a few hours of gaming. Staff are nice and friendly, I speak very little Chinese and they are really helpful to me as a guest. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the ship/music fountain and only 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Not sure if it is the usual price but I stay a night during the Chinese new year. Will I stay again? Probably not unless I come back with my son and sort out our Local ID to access the games.

このホテルで結婚7周年を祝いました。スタッフの方々がお部屋を美しく飾り付けてくださり、本当に特別な一日となりました。本当に素敵なサプライズでした！滞在中は素晴らしいサービスを受け、細部への配慮に心から感謝しています。 ホテルは山の中腹に位置し、素晴らしい景色を望めますが、交通の便は少し悪いかもしれません。ありがたいことに、ホテルは駅と森林小火車（フォレストトレイン）への送迎サービスを提供していて、とても助かりました。ただし、食事のデリバリーを注文する場合は、ドライバーによってはこの地域への配達ができない場合がありますのでご注意ください。 少し残念だったのは、近くで工事が行われていたことです。騒音が少し気になりましたが（ホテルの管轄外なので許容範囲ですが）、工事の埃で滞在中はプールが少し汚れて見えました。 これらの小さな問題はありましたが、素晴らしいおもてなしのおかげで、全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。静かでロマンチックな休暇を過ごすには、ぜひこのホテルをおすすめします！

Everything was great. My boyfriend and I were happy with our weekend in this place. Of the minuses: the pool bar was very dirty, and to take pictures there you have to buy something at the bar. The price of our room included a gift, at the reception during the check-out the lady didn't give us anything, we had to remind her. Also the projector in our room didn't work, but they quickly fixed it for us. On the beach there really are no sunbeds and umbrellas, so it's almost impossible to hide from the sun.

Это, пожалуй, наш единственный «минус» — отель пользуется такой популярностью, что его нужно бронировать сильно заранее, если планируете долгий отпуск. Мы останавливались во многих отелях, и именно такие детали создают ощущение «своего» места. Что нам особенно понравилось: · Идеальная чистота и современный ремонт. Все сияло, как новенькое. · Простор и продуманность. В апартаментах было комфортно и отдыхать, и работать за ноутбуком. · Тишина и покой. Несмотря на, вероятно, центральное расположение, мы отлично высыпались. · Доброжелательный персонал. Нам без проблем пошли навстречу с продлением и всегда были готовы помочь. Это был тот редкий случай, когда реальность превзошла все ожидания по фотографиям. Если вы ищете не просто место для ночлега, а уютный, стильный и современный дом вдали от дома — вам точно сюда. Мы уже строим планы, как вернуться, но в следующий раз забронируем отпуск покороче или, наоборот, гораздо дольше! Однозначно рекомендуем на все 100%!

I recently stayed at the Dongyuan Hotel with my brothers for a business trip, and overall, it is a highly practical choice if you know what to expect. The room itself was good and perfectly comfortable for our needs, but the absolute best part of this hotel is its prime location. Being situated right in the Huaqiangbei area is incredible, especially if you need quick access to the electronics and tech hubs. It is incredibly convenient for navigating Shenzhen, as you are just a short walk away from the Hongling South Subway Station. Getting to the hotel was also fairly straightforward by taking the Airport Express Bus directly to the Huaqiangbei stop. Another major positive is their flexible timing. They offer early check-in starting at 10:00 AM and a late check-out up to 2:00 PM, which is a massive help when you are trying to coordinate business meetings or odd flight times. However, there is one major drawback that you must be prepared for: the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of No. 16 Bading Street, and there is absolutely no elevator in the building. Having to use the stairs every day, especially while hauling heavy business luggage up and down, was a significant hassle. Additionally, keep in mind that this is a localized, no-frills setup. There is no on-site parking available, and the property lacks a major restaurant (though you are in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of food options right outside). Bottom line: If you are traveling light, can handle the stairs, and want a budget-friendly base right in the middle of the action, this hotel's location cannot be beaten. But if you have heavy bags, look elsewhere.
