Nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis longtemps et notamment sous l'ancienne propriété. Indéniablement, nous pouvons noter une chute de prestation à tous les niveaux: qualité de service, soin des chambres, qualité de la table. Tous les secteurs sont concernés. Le niveau demeure ok mais rien à voir avec ce que nous avons connu. Les prix par contre ont pris l'ascenseur... mais c'est comme partout. Aujourd'hui, il n'y a plus que le profit qui compte et cela se sent bien ici au Secrets Bahia Real ! Nous sommes partis un peu sur notre faim... c'est dommage.

Clean and nice rooms with comfy bed and good shower. Good selection and food at all-inclusive restaurant, however disappointing at pool bar. The pizza, burgers and toasties at the pool bar are pre-made and just standing there cooling down in a tupperware, which makes them all soggy as well. Further, olives were meant to be included at the bar, but they never had any, although I asked multiple times over multiple days - it wouldn't have been that hard for the staff to do the 1minute walk to the restaurant to get the olives from there. Pool bar music is quite loud all day, which got quite annoying at some point. Further, no iron or board are provided. Asking for it for multiple days at reception, we finally received an iron after waiting for a few days, but they generally do not have / give out ironing boards to go with it.
