セブ・マンダウエのバイホテル（bai Hotel Cebu）に宿泊しました。立地・設備・サービスすべてのバランスが非常に良く、快適に過ごせる素晴らしいホテルです。 スタッフ・サービス スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔でとても親切、ホスピタリティに溢れていて気持ちよく滞在できました。エグゼクティブラウンジやレストランの対応も丁寧で安心感があります。 客室・眺望 部屋は清潔で落ち着いたモダンなインテリア。ベッドも快適で、大きな窓からはセブの街並みや夕景が綺麗に見渡せます。 ルーフトッププール＆バー 最上階のインフィニティプールとバーは夜景が圧巻で、夜風を感じながらリラックスして過ごすのに最高のロケーションでした。 食事・エグゼクティブラウンジ 朝食ビュッフェやラウンジの料理は種類が豊富でクオリティが高く、現地の伝統スイーツ（プソやマンゴー、チョコソース等）からパスタなどの洋食までどれも美味しく楽しめました。 立地・周辺環境 目の前にはパークモールがあり、買い物や食事、両替にも困りません。空港や市内へのアクセスも良好です。 ビジネス・観光問わずセブ滞在の拠点として非常におすすめできるホテルです。またセブを訪れる際はぜひリピートしたいと思います！

今回の滞在は今まで宿泊したホテルの中で一番満足度が高かったです。 まず料金が非常にリーズナブルでありながら、チェックイン前から利用できるサービスが充実しており、到着した瞬間から快適に過ごせました。バーやアフタヌーンティーも利用しましたが、雰囲気・サービスともに素晴らしく、とても贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 お部屋も清潔感があり、設備や居心地の良さも申し分ありません。商業施設と直結しているため、買い物や食事にも困らず非常に便利でした。 さらにカジノも併設されており、ホテル内だけでも十分に楽しめるのが魅力です。 サービス、立地、設備、コストパフォーマンスのどれを取っても大満足で、これまで宿泊したホテルの中で間違いなく一番良かったです。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

全てに満足です！ チェックインしてからチェックアウトするまで、本当に楽しみました! スタッフの方もすごく気さくな方が多くて、フィリピン語を教えてもらったりして、コミュニケーションも楽しみました。 また、他の国の方もたくさんいるのですが、その方達ともバレーボールをしたり、コミュニケーションを交わしたりする時間がすごく楽しかったです。 ホテルの中は写真の通り、すごく綺麗です！こんなにもテンションが上がったことはないくらい素敵な場所でした。夜ご飯は別の場所でとったのですが、そのあとバーを利用しました。 そこの景色は日中とは違う景色が広がっていて綺麗でした。飲み物も美味しかったです！朝ごはんはビュッフェで、たくさんの種類の料理がありました。フィリピン料理のものもあります!どれもすごく美味しくて、3回以上おかわりしました笑 猫ちゃんもいて、可愛かったです。日本語ペラペラの男性の方も複数名いて、会話を楽しむ分には最高でした。いろんなイベントやアトラクションをすすめられますので、行く前にきちんと値段を「ネット」で調べてから行くことをお勧めします笑

ホテルのお部屋も、フロントもトイレも全ての施設がとても綺麗でした！どのスタッフさんも明るく声をかけてくださり、とても楽しかったです！タオル素材のナイトガウンも付いていてとても助かりました。朝食も美味しかったです！ ホテルの位置もマクタン島の北側にあったので、ジンベエザメツアーやセブ市内、空港に行き帰りするときとても便利でした！ホテルの周りも整備されていてとても安心して過ごせました。 また、プライベートビーチやプール、ジムなどがあり好きな時間に行き来できるのでとてもリラックスできる時間を過ごせました！プライベートビーチでは海だけではなく、プールで飲み物を飲めるバーや、ハンモックや寝転ぶところもあり、海の近くなのにトイレも綺麗でバスタオル貸し出しもあり、長時間いても飽きずとても満足できました！ またセブに来ることがあればぜひ泊まりたいです！

部屋は少し古いですが、朝食はとても美味しく、お気に入りの粥もありました。ロケーションも良く、観光スポットまで2、3キロです。斜め向かいにあるレストランの牛骨スープは最高でした。

スタッフの方はとても親切でフレンドリーです。 レストランの隣にあるバーでは、フルーツを使った季節のカクテルなど様々なカクテルを楽しむことができました。 猫ちゃんもとても可愛かったです。

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

２日間泊まりました！部屋は広くて比較的清潔でしたが、部屋にバスタオルが用意されていなかったので毎回フロントにお願いをしないといけないところが少し不便でした。プールや海などのロケーションは写真映えもよくとても満足です！ プールサイドには飲食店もあり、ピザなどの食事も出来るのでとてもリラックスして過ごせました。

朝食ブッフェ付きで、この金額は安くお得かなと思います。 目の前はパークモール、隣にはタイムズスクエア、 コンビニ、レストラン、クラブ、 マッサージ等有り 立地は良くて便利です マイナスな所は冷蔵庫が無い カードキーを2枚貰えない 位です

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
