Ppppp1919私は部屋が本当に大好きです、すべてがとても清潔で新しく、衛生的でした。部屋もとても大きかった。
滞在に本当に感謝しています!スタッフもとても親切でした。そして、場所は中央ハティアイの近くですが、徒歩で行くと少し遠いでしょう。したがって、バイクに乗ることをお勧めします。

SSimon Klein 2アクセスしやすいロケーション。ホテルはセントラル フェスティバル (徒歩圏内)、ハートヤイ ターミナル、グリーンウェイ プラザ、マクロの近くにあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、英語をとても上手に話せます。ホテルに入るとスタッフが荷物の運びをお手伝いします。エリアはきれいです。私は特にスイミングプール（屋上にあるインフィニティプール）が好きです。屋上からは美しい景色を眺めることができ、プールエリアのすぐ横にバーがあり、そこでドリンクを注文できるので、リラックスするのに最適な場所です。食べ物に関しては、大好きだと言えます。さまざまな食べ物や飲み物（コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、大豆、ジュース）があり、ダイニングエリアはとても快適に食事を楽しめます。私にとって、ハジャイの 10/10 のホテルです。

LLemon1507ホテルの部屋は広くて、2人で泊まるのに快適です。ホテルのスタッフはとても歓迎してくれ、中には中国語を話せる人もいたので、コミュニケーションが取りやすかったです。Weeshiong というホテルのポーター (綴りはよくわかりません) に特に感謝しています。とてもフレンドリーで、ハジャイの旅行のヒントを教えてくれました。

TTimberwolf~ここに泊まるのは初めてです。希望のホテルが満室だったので予約しましたが、予想外にこのホテルが気に入りました。立地は戦略的で、リーガーデンまで徒歩約 5 分です。ロビーにはマッサージサービスとレストランがあります。受付は英語が上手で、チェックイン/チェックアウトの手続きは迅速かつ簡単です。部屋は清潔でベッドはとても快適で、とてもよく眠れました。基本的なアメニティとヘアドライヤーはありますが、冷蔵庫はあまり冷えません。将来またここに予約するつもりです。

家族と私は深刻な洪水のため、ハジャイに7日間足止めされましたが、このホテルに滞在できたことは本当に幸運でした。ホテルのオーナーとスタッフの皆様に心から感謝申し上げます。彼らの親切さ、献身的な対応、そして心からの心遣いは、通常のホテルの責務をはるかに超えていました。
オーナーは、この危機の間ずっと、すべてのゲストの安全を確保し、十分な情報を提供し、サポートしてくれました。毎日食事を手配し、定期的に私たちの様子を確認し、非常に不安な時期に私たち全員が安心して過ごせるよう尽力してくれました。外のすべてが不透明な中、彼の冷静な経営と迅速な対応は、私たちに安らぎと希望を与えてくれました。
彼の寛大さと、この困難な状況を乗り越えるために彼がどれほど尽力してくれたかを、私たちは永遠に忘れません。ここは単なるホテルではなく、真心を持った人々が経営する場所です。

ゲゲストHostel was decent. Very cold too even though it’s a closed capsule. Capsule quite small, better for those who travel with only one bag (recommended). I had 2 bag (1 luggage 1 gym bag) and the space quite crowded with stuff haha. Toiletries not provided except for towel. Towel is thick so it’s hard to dry in air conditioning space. Advisable to bring own towel that is thin and easy to dry. Bring hanger as well (recommended) if you need it to hang your clothes as they dont provide it much. Plus point: location is in the centre (lee garden) and every place is walking distance (kim yong, lee garden plaza, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon cafe). There’s also a lot of massage shop along the hostel building. If you are here for songkran, definitely you’ll get wet the moment you step out from the hostel haha. Very convenient place and friendly customer service!!

HHazrina_HamidMy 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel gave a rather unsatisfying experience, around 2.5/5 stars. On the second day, the housekeeper forgot to provide bath towels, and I had to walk to the reception counter at the ground level to request them. After waiting for 3 hours, there was still no sign of the towels being delivered. I went to the reception again and was told that housekeeping had already sent the towels — but to the wrong room. The phone in my room wasn’t working; there was a phone unit but no connection, which meant I had to go down to the reception for any requests. After my second complaint and waiting almost 10 minutes in the room, the towels were finally delivered.
In terms of cleanliness and room condition — it was very run-down. The toilet door had holes. The comforter was very worn out and thin, offering no warmth at night under the air-conditioning.
The location is good as it’s near the night market and eateries.

As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
