ハジャイのこのブティックホテルに戻ってきましたが、またしてもとても快適な滞在であることがわかりました。並外れた価値、親切なスタッフ、最高のロケーション、そして静かな雰囲気が際立っています。新しい客室と居心地の良いプールがその魅力をさらに高めています。洗練されたお手頃価格の隠れ家、強くお勧めします。
唯一の欠点は、部屋間の防音対策が不十分であることです。眠りが浅い方はご注意ください。

NNFaaaaaaaaHGreat Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues
This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained.
One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area.
Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little.
Downsides:
The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem.
The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining.
We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though.
Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

ゲゲストHad a very nice night here before my flight. Although it is a bit odd to have your entryway be a glass facade so everyone walking by can see you (unless you pull the curtain in the middle of the day of course), the room itself and the reception team were very nice. Would recommend!

2. 部屋はとても広く、清潔で、特にベッドは手入れが行き届いていました。とても居心地がよく、くつろぐのに最高でした。アメニティも素晴らしかったです。
3. ロケーションは完璧でした。車の騒音もなく、セントラルフェスティバルのすぐ近く、市内中心部や観光スポットにも近いです。隠れた料金のない安全な駐車場も提供しています。
4. 次回ハジャイに行くときは、絶対にまたここに泊まります！

ゲゲストI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

JJmie素敵なホテルです。ラッキーなことに、豪華な部屋に無料でアップグレードしてもらえました。部屋はとても広くて、とても気に入りました。受付も良く、スタッフは皆いつも笑顔で迎えてくれます。駐車スペースもたくさんあります。ただ、朝食はイスラム教徒向けのハラール料理ではないので、イスラム教徒はパン、シリアル、フルーツしか食べられません。街からは少し離れていますが、トゥクトゥクをいつでも利用できるので大丈夫です🥳また利用します❤️❤️❤️❤️
