I love how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was comfy; even the sofa bed was ok. However, we got the top-floor room, which was on the 4th floor, no lift. They gave us free coupons for the coffee at the cafe which was downstairs. The coffee was wonderful. The pastries were not halal, but for non-Muslims, they looked great, you can try them. They have a good parking space as well.

Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking.The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

The hotel room was clean and a big bed for a dormitory, air con was working well and the amenities were complete at bathroom. Hairdryer available but on public bathroom. However hotel location far from night market etc and nothing around the hotel. no seven eleven around. So I only stayed one night.

Toilet need to be more clean. Bed was noisy each time when you turn the position of sleep. I request for high floor. But they didn’t reserve higher floor and room. No hair dryer as stated. No extra room card. Location too inside from the main road.

Shilla house very good hostel. Room, Toilet and bathroom all clean. Location also very good. Night market not far. Hostel staff good, nice talking. I recommend to stay this hostel.
