ホステルは、U バーン駅のすぐ隣にあり、アレクサンダー広場からもそれほど遠くありません。場所自体は非常に便利で、飲食店がたくさんある活気のあるエリアにあります。スタッフは親切で、世界中からの素敵な人々と出会うことができたアクティビティがたくさんありました。トイレとバスルームはかなり清潔でよく管理されていました。 欠点としては、6 人用の部屋がかなり狭く、6 人全員、あるいは 5 人全員がいると部屋がとても暑かったことです。しかし、窓を開けると、非常にうるさくなり、眠ることもできなくなりました。その部屋の窓は、かなり交通量の多い通りの真上にあり、夜でも車の騒音、クラクション、路面電車の通過などが絶え間なく聞こえました。 ２階からもかなり大きな音が聞こえてきました。そのため、快適なベッドがあるにもかかわらず、そこに滞在した夜はどれもよく眠れたとは言えません。 チェックインすると、地下の醸造所で無料のビールが飲めるクーポンももらえます。それはよかったですが、サンプルグラスがとても小さくて、100mlくらいでしょうか？正直に言うと、フルサイズの飲み物だと思っていました:) それでも、この醸造所は本当に素晴らしいです。

鉄道駅、タワー、デパート、トラム停留所、土産物店に近い絶好のロケーション。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。ベルリンに行くのは初めてだったので、駅の券売機で購入できる 24 時間のグループ チケット (最大 5 人) を取得することをお勧めします。あらゆる公共交通機関を利用できるため、グループで 1 枚のチケットですべてを網羅し、市内のどこにでも行くことができます。

the hotel is close to a busy S-bahn line (which in Berlin means close to everywhere), but it was barely audible from my room while the window was closed. Room was small but adequate and clean, bed comfortable, breakfast modest but again: adequate and tasty

これはベルリンの素晴らしいホステルでした。近所はとてもクールで、今回のユーロ旅行中に泊まったホステルの中で最も活気がありました。私たちの部屋は廊下の先にあり、キッチンの近くにあったにもかかわらず、かなり静かだったので幸運でした。スタッフはとても親切で親切で、部屋はベッドが6台あるにもかかわらず広々としていました。バスルームも素晴らしく、清潔でした。唯一の不満は、ホステルとしては高価で、キッチンは他のホステルに比べて調理にあまり使用できなかったことです。

I was on a family trip to Berlin from Denmark and we made the mistake and chose this hotel! It started when we arrived my wife wanted to use the toilet from the lobby and she couldn’t get out! We used almost and hour to get her out! They didn’t have the right people (the handymen) to get her out. After that we got our room and the room was fine. My wife wanted to give our 6 month baby a shower when she finished, the water was alll over the toilet and into our room. Because there was holes on the shower floor (pictures are down below) We then went down to the reception, and told them the situation. She said that the cleaning lady will come up and clean even though we told her that the shower floor had holes and that was the issue. The cleaning lady came up and cleaned and left and told us there was nothing wrong. We thought okay 👍🏻 A couple of hours my wife took a shower and again there was water all over the bathroom and out into our bedroom under the baby bed and under the refrigerator!!!!!!!! They didn’t care about the health which is the most important especially when you have a little baby!!! I went down again showed the lady from the reception the video so she could see that there was holes. She said she couldn’t do anything and the cleaning lady has left (the time was around 12:30 am at night) I got angry because it wasn’t healthy to sleep there and she just refused to help!!!! We stayed in the room and couldn’t sleep. The next day I went down to hear if there was anything new about our situation about the room, but no one knew anything about the situation, so then I should tell the whooole story again and again. The guest manager at the reception could see that there was a big problem after seeing the videos! She then offered us free breakfast for the three days we were staying there. We said ok to the offer but we wasn’t happy but we accepted it because we just wanted to enjoy our weekend vacation! And then we thought that everything was good ! But now it all started to go downhill again !!! The first day we went down to eat breakfast. The lady wouldn’t allow us in, because we wasn’t on the list. And then we should tell her the story for the 20th time ! She then let us in, and we were now so mad !!! We start to eat and another lady called rim ( blond curly hair) interrupted us and asked us if we ordered breakfast, and then we told her our situation again ( we were so mad because it was so unprofessional and none of the staff speaks together) Rim told us ok after told her the story ! The morning after it all happened again with a new employer ! Then we had enough and went straight to the reception and demanded to speak with the person who was I charge here in the hotel. A lady came and she said that she was the manager of the day! And we then explained the story agaain. She was so sorry and the woman from the morning before Rim came and also joins our conversation and both of them could see the issue and were so sorry. Ri

素晴らしいホテル。本当に素敵なジムとウェルネス施設。チェックインは予想よりも少し長く、trip.comとのコミュニケーションには改善が必要です。私はすでに支払いをしており、チェックアウトしたときに請求したいと思っていました。予約のコピーをレセプションに送る必要がありました。大したことではありませんが、改善の余地があります。

場所は素晴らしいです!!
