ミシサガでおすすめの朝食付きホテル

長いフライトの後、とても快適な滞在ができました。部屋に関するすべてが予想通りでした。快適で清潔。特に24の設備の整った(ホテルの)ジムが好きで、朝食にとてもまともなスプレッドが好きでした。プールは試しませんでしたが、見た目も素敵です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、空港シャトルは便利でした。a

施設：数年前に改装されたばかりなので、設備はかなり新しかったです。 清潔さ：普通でした。タオルが古くてあまりきれいではないように感じ、かなり嫌だったので写真は撮りませんでした。使い捨てタオルを持参することをお勧めします。 環境：空港ターミナルから徒歩5分で、ターミナルとは連絡通路で繋がっており、とても便利です！ サービス：フロントのスタッフが足りておらず、チェックインもチェックアウトも待たされました。夜遅くのチェックインでも長い列に並ぶ必要がありました。 まとめ：便利さを重視するなら、直接ここを選ぶことをお勧めします。Trip.comでは滑走路側の部屋を予約することができず、電話やメールでの事前予約もできません。チェックイン時にフロントでリクエストするしかなく、その場合、税抜き30カナダドル（税込み35.93カナダドル）を追加で支払ってアップグレードする必要があります。私はこのホテルに何度も宿泊していますが、基本的に夜には滑走路側の部屋はすべて満室になっています。

このホテルでは、午前6時から10時と午後4時から8時まで空港シャトルサービスを提供していました。私のフライトスケジュールに合わせて、必要な時にホテルまで送迎してくれるのでとても助かりました。ヒルトン・ガーデン・インの電話番号に電話し、空港への送迎をお願いしました。ヒルトン・ガーデン・インは複数あり、間違ったシャトルに乗ってしまったため、少し混乱しましたが、最終的には解決しました。フロントデスクのスタッフも、部屋と滞在に満足しているかを確認するためにテキストメッセージを送ってくれました。このホテルにはプールとジムがありました。ジムをチェックアウトしましたが、とても素敵で清潔で、設備も充実していました。小さなジムでしたが、十分でした。部屋は清潔で広く、滞在を満喫できました。徒歩圏内に飲食店がいくつかあったのも良かったです。食事を注文して部屋に持ち帰って食べることができました。とても居心地が良かったです！

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

The hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.

フロントデスクのアミラさんは最高でした！とても親切で、私たちを温かく迎え入れてくれました。おかげで長い一日を気持ちよく締めくくることができました。また必ずこのスパークホテルに戻ってきます。本当に素晴らしかったです。

とても良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は、いつも親身になって問題に対応してくださいます。先日、2時間レイトチェックアウトをお願いした際は、規定で不可とのことでしたが、実際には手書きでチェックアウト時間を変更してくださいました。何か困っていることがあれば、必ず親身になって対応してくれるでしょう。

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

美味しい！感動！というレベルでは無いが、朝食がついているのはとても有り難かった。 ワッフルを自分で作るのは面白かった。 次の予定の為、朝5時に飛行機に乗らなくてはならなく、uberを考えていたが、ホテルのフロントの方がチェックイン時に何時にシャトルバスを必要とするか聞いてくれて手配してくれた（勿論無料）おかげて安心して旅ができました。 フロントの方もシャトルバスの方もとても気さくで親切でした。
