JJOSHUACAホテルは空港から車で5分と非常に近く、運転手が荷物の運搬を手伝ってくれます。2つ目のホテル、ヒルトンエアポートで降りることを忘れないでください。フロントデスクでクレジットカードでデポジットを支払う必要があります。VISAとMastercardの両方をお持ちください。そうでないと使えません。ホテルにはボトル入りの飲料水はありませんが、各階にウォーターサーバーがあります。ケトルはないので、ご自身でご用意ください。ただし、コーヒーメーカーはあります。バスルームはとても清潔でした。部屋のメインライトは1つしかなかったので、他のライトは自分で探す必要がありました。かなり暗かったです。フロントのスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋のエアコンはかなりうるさかったです。

HHenky SulistyoThe hotel location is very strategic and suit us the best as we were renting a car for few days. The hotel complimentary carpark is just across the small road. The hotel is also directly adjacent to airport train. The reception was also very responsive and helpful.

JJemelWe were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for.
The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable.
The wifi might seems have a problem too.
On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience.
I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

ゲゲストIt was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

ゲゲストThis location provided an airport shuttle service from 6am-10am and 4pm-8pm. It worked out for my flight schedule to get me to and from the hotel when I needed to. I called this Hilton Garden Inn location's phone number and requested that the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport. There was a little confusion as there are multiple Hilton Garden Inns and I took the wrong shuttle, but it was sorted out in the end. The front desk workers also texted me to make sure I was happy with my room/stay. This hotel had a pool and a gym. I checked out the gym which was pretty nice and clean and had a decent amount of equipment. It was a small gym, but sufficient. The room was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. I also liked that there were a few food places within walking distance, so I ordered food and brought it back to the room to eat. Very cozy!

ホテルのシャトルはターミナル1のE出口（A出口からE出口も利用可能）の右端の柱（F3と表示）にあります。側面に「Four Points」と書かれた黒い車です。
部屋は少し狭かったですが、朝食は種類は多くないものの、お腹いっぱいになるには十分でした。スタッフの助けを借りて、自分でワッフル🧇を作ることもできました。とても美味しかったです！翌日は、シャトルを利用して空港のレンタカー会社に戻り、その後ポートホープへ行き、サーモンの遡上を見に行きました！

MMissWow! I was absolutely blown away with this place. Not one complaint. The staff went above and beyond, specifically in regards to asking for help on how to best get to Budweiser Stage from the hotel. The front desk literally looked up and gave us a map with clear precise directions on where to drive to, where to park, what go train to take and all options available. Incredible help. This hotel should be a 5 star in my eyes. I will stay here anytime I go back.

ZZhangdingwen Tomクオリティ・イン・アット・トロント・エアポートでの滞在に大変満足しました！無料の空港シャトルは時間厳守で便利でした。お部屋は予想以上に広く清潔で、アメニティも充実していました。お湯もたっぷり出てきて、疲れを癒すのにとても助かりました。短い滞在でしたが、快適なベッドでぐっすり眠ることができました。無料の朝食とWi-Fiも大変助かりました。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。空港周辺のホテルとしては非常にお得で、またぜひ泊まりたいと思いました！

LLow Siong Lye 27052025I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers convenient airport pick-up, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest after a long flight.
The location is also a plus, being only about a 10 to 15-minute drive from the airport, making it ideal for transit stays or early-morning departures
The only downside is that the hotel does not provide longer-term baggage storage (such as for a full day or more). This was a bit inconvenient for my travel plans.
Overall, it's a solid choice for short stays near the airport, with great comfort and convenience—just keep the luggage policy in mind when planning your trip
