I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

長春へ子供たちと旅行に来たのですが、双子がいるので広い部屋が必要でした。いろいろ探した結果、ここに決めました。環境はとても清潔で、朝食の質も良く、子供たちは特に気に入っていました。私も快適に過ごせましたし、ホテルのサービスもきめ細やかで、会うたびに挨拶してくださり、恐縮するほど親切でした。

Rested before my flight, stayed in this hotel before, feels like a 4 star hotel, near Vitality mall, very clean, amenities super cool -warming toilet seat, body lotion, extra clean room, even humidifier and heavy curtains to sleep. Curtains moving by pressing the button and the breakfast is nice

設備が古く、スタッフの知識不足が目立ちました。 最初に通された部屋は、窓のすぐ外に廊下があり、直接出入りできる構造になっていたため、セキュリティ面で不安を感じました。部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、快く応じてくれましたが、同行者の部屋は変えられないとのことでした。 問題は夜に起きました。午後11時頃、私と子供はすでに就寝していたのですが、突然、他の部屋のドアが大きな音を立てて閉まった途端、私たちの部屋の出口付近の電気が点灯しました。スイッチを探しても消すことができず、フロントの若い女性スタッフに電話したのですが、最初は何も知らない様子でした。他のスタッフに確認した後、「非常灯で、外からでないと消せない」と言われました。 これには非常に不可解に感じました。なぜ非常灯が突然点灯するのか、しかも自分で消せないのか。他の部屋のドアの音で、私たちの部屋の電気が点灯するなんてことがあるのでしょうか？また突然点灯するのではないかと心配になり、結局、眠れなくなってしまい、午前2時～3時頃にようやく寝付くことができました。 とにかく、このホテルはかなり老朽化が進んでいます。古さが気になる方には、利用をお勧めしません。

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

房間乾淨整潔沒異味，窗户大視野開闊看着舒服。前台辦入住主動打招呼還幫忙指路介紹好吃的餐館，服務很熱情。最滿意的是這次選的店位置絕了，去周邊景點步行十來分鐘就到，玩起來省時間又省力，早餐品種也很豐富。口味很好，老顧客表示非常滿意，以後再來長春還會考慮住這裏

ホテルの立地は悪くなく、映画博物館や山まで歩いて行けます。受付で会員登録をするように言われ、38元の朝食券を購入しました。朝食は期待通りのものでしたが、種類は多くありませんでした。春節で混雑していたため、食事は平均的なものでしたが、特に問題はありませんでした。私たちは2部屋予約しましたが、そのうち1部屋は一晩中お湯が出ませんでした。スタッフはボイラーがまだお湯を沸かしておらず、すぐに良くなると言いましたが、1時間ほど待たされました。別の部屋でシャワーを浴びると言ったところ、翌日までにお湯が出なければ部屋を変更すると約束してくれました。翌日にはお湯が出たので変更はされませんでしたが、スタッフはとても親切で、何度も確認してくれました。全体的に見て、ホテルには欠点もありますが、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。

ホテルのロビーは清潔で、ヒルトンガーデンのいつものスタイルでした。 部屋には設備が整っており、ミニ冷蔵庫もありました。 朝食は種類が豊富で、中華料理も洋食もありました。地元の特産品もありました。 レストランはかなり広く、7時半に食事に行きましたが、それほど混雑しているとは感じませんでした。 今回の滞在でちょっとした問題がありました。 午後2時半過ぎにチェックインし、部屋に入る前にすぐに遊びに出かけました。夜9時過ぎに戻ると、部屋はかなり広かったのですが、入った瞬間は暖かく感じず、滞在するにつれて寒くなっていきました。エアコンの暖房をつけたところ、室温は14度で、風も暖かくありませんでした。その後、カーテンがずっと動いているのを見て、誰かが親切にも夜まで窓を開けて換気してくれていたことに気づきました。 フロントの対応は迅速で、すぐに暖房機を届けてくれましたが、暖かくなることはありませんでした。諦めきれずにもう一度エアコンを確認すると、30分で2度しか上がっておらず、暖まるのがとても遅いようでした。最終的にはフロントに別の部屋に交換してもらいました。広さは前の部屋ほどではありませんでしたが、暖かいことが一番重要でした。
