We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable.

長春へ子供たちと旅行に来たのですが、双子がいるので広い部屋が必要でした。いろいろ探した結果、ここに決めました。環境はとても清潔で、朝食の質も良く、子供たちは特に気に入っていました。私も快適に過ごせましたし、ホテルのサービスもきめ細やかで、会うたびに挨拶してくださり、恐縮するほど親切でした。

The hotel has extremely friendly staff — be sure to talk to them if you have any questions or requests. It is well-equipped without being excessive, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, and the hotel enjoys a very convenient location: close to a subway station, a major tourist attraction, and the best hospital in Jilin Province. It’s also within walking distance of a vibrant area full of food and shopping options.

My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

長春に来るのは初めてで、立地の良さからこのホテルを選びました。 ホテルの部屋はきちんとしていて、清潔で、かなりデザインされていて、とても快適で、便利な場所にあります。 滞在中、フロントデスクマネージャーのVikiや他のサービススタッフはとても親切で親切でした！ 地元の名物レストランの紹介、タクシーの手配のお手伝い、市内の電話関連の問題の解決など、私たちは期待を超える親切な態度と精神を持っています。 初めて訪れる人にとっては、東北の人々の熱意がひしひしと伝わってきます！私もこのホテルにとても深くて素晴らしい印象を残しました。 次回長春市に来るときは、このホテルが第一選択になりますし、友達にもここに泊まるように勧めます。 ！

このホテルは価格に見合った素晴らしいサービスです。客室は広々としており、バスルームも非常に広く、ウェットエリアとドライエリアが別々になっています。 私たちが予約したファミリールームには小さな庭もありました。ホテルにはランドリールームとジムもあり、とても便利でした。 朝食付きのパッケージを予約したのですが、無料のビュッフェランチも付いていて、とても美味しかったです。 ホテルは広く、迷路のような雰囲気のあるレイアウトになっています。初めて部屋を見つけた時は、ロボットが案内してくれたので、とても興味深かったです。 一つ残念なのは、駐車場が少し狭いことです。

チェックイン時にフロントでスイートにアップグレードしていただき、広々とした部屋にベッドが2台あり、家族4人で十分寝られました。部屋の床暖房はとても暖かく、むしろ暑すぎるくらいで、窓を開けないと室温が高くなりすぎることがよくありました🥵。窓が小さかったので、部屋に入ったばかりの時は窓が見つけられず、窓なしの部屋かと思いました。部屋の一面はガラス張りで、外は通路になっています。夜にチェックインしたのですが、通路が薄暗くて少し不気味でした。また、部屋のトイレとシャワールームは別々になっているのですが、なぜかバスタオルがトイレの中に、しかも便器の上に置かれていたのがとても不衛生だと感じました。便器の蓋をせずに流すと、水の渦が空気と一緒に汚物を上方に巻き上げる可能性があるので、改善を希望します。

今回の滞在中、部屋に非常に満足しました。フロントデスクのスタッフは根気強く問題を解決し、アップグレードを手伝ってくれました。ロビーマネージャーのLiu Yao氏、Bi Fengwei氏、Guo Xinyuan氏は丁寧なサービスを提供してくれました。私はこのことに決めます。次回もここに滞在してください。

10代の娘と私は、このホテルのダブルルームに5泊しました。ベッドの快適さ、朝食、そしてサービスに感銘を受けました（ただし、中国語が話せない場合は翻訳アプリを使う必要があります）。朝食は私の意見では素晴らしかったです（種類豊富な美味しい中華料理、サラダ、スープ麺、目玉焼き、焼きそば、ご飯など）。トーストとジャムもありました。バターとジャムを塗るナイフはありませんでしたが、道路を挟んだ向かいにある小さくて品揃えの良いスーパーマーケットで購入することができました。ホテルは、ユニークなショッピングモール（ザ・ヒル）、多くのレストラン、そして足と体のマッサージを提供する非常にプロフェッショナルな店（ウーディ）まで徒歩圏内にあります。ただし、旧正月の前夜に夕食のために開いている店は期待しないでください。窓からは雪景色が見え、部屋が十分に暖かかったので、時々窓を開けることができて嬉しかったです。ホテルはバス停の真向かいにありますが、地下鉄の駅からは遠いので、どこへ行くにもタクシーを利用するつもりでいてください。もしまた長春に来ることがあれば、間違いなくここに泊まります。

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
