非常にスタイリッシュなホテルです。外観は控えめですが、内装はレトロでおしゃれな雰囲気です。客室はスマートで清潔感があり、立地も抜群です。地下鉄の駅のすぐ隣、電車の駅からも1駅です。近くにはビクトリーパークがあり、お子様連れのご家族には嬉しい特典です。遊び場は活気に満ちており、夜には若者たちのスクエアダンスが楽しめます。全体的に見て、良い点はたくさんあります。欠点は、朝食があまり充実していないこと、座席数が少ないこと、そしてカップを自動的に出すコーヒーマシンの使い方がわからず、カップの場所を尋ねられてしまうことです。ウェイトレスは朝の忙しいスケジュールを考えると、質問に少しイライラしているようですが、お客様の前で文句を言うのは、サービス精神に欠けているように思います。

This is a very good hotel. Location: Good location of the hotel. Quiet area. Bus stop near the hotel, you can also call a taxi. A comfortable bed for relaxation and pillows of different sizes will make sleep pleasant and calm. Hygiene at the highest level. Cleaning was every day. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Regardless of the time of breakfast, the food is always fresh. The hotel has a washing machine and a gym. When washing your clothes, you can play sports. The hotel staff is very kind, caring and attentive to every guest. Girls and guys at the reception help solve various problems and answer questions at 24 hours. I recommend this hotel. I would like to come back here again.

While facilities are as per Ji standard, wifi signal was relatively weak. Service was generally acceptable. There was one particular staff who left a negative impression. We were returning to the hotel when we saw him leaning with crossed arms against the wall at the delivery robots area. We were fine with no greeting from him but he kept staring at us in a hostile manner even as we entered the lift. We would have gladly obliged if he needed verification that we were hotel guests but he did not say a word and to keep staring in addition to his posture was downright rude. For your investigation purpose, he was a bespectacled middle age man. Date April 15 around 8 pm.

設備：暖房と冷房の両方が完備されていました。気温がマイナス20℃前後の長春では、ホテルの暖房は非常に効果的で、シャワーのお湯もたっぷり出ました！ 清潔さ：寝具やバスルームの隅々まで清潔で、部屋に不満な点は一切ありませんでした。 環境：素晴らしい。ロビーにはラウンジエリアとバーがあり、リーズナブルな価格でウイスキーも販売しています。 サービス：非常にきめ細やかな対応でした！チェックインからチェックアウトまで、想像できるあらゆること、そして思いもよらないことまで考えてくれました。出発前には牛乳と軽食まで用意してくれていました。夜行列車だったので荷物をホテルのフロントに預けていたのですが、チェックアウト時にネックレスを部屋に忘れてきたことに気づき、フロントの方が電話で探してくれました。荷物を取りに戻ると、お水まで用意してくれていました。こうした細やかな心遣いが、高評価をつけずにはいられません！

Rested before my flight, stayed in this hotel before, feels like a 4 star hotel, near Vitality mall, very clean, amenities super cool -warming toilet seat, body lotion, extra clean room, even humidifier and heavy curtains to sleep. Curtains moving by pressing the button and the breakfast is nice

ホテルは地下鉄2号線の南関駅にあり、バスを降りて角を曲がります。場所は素晴らしいです。階下に食べ物やコンビニエンスストアがあります。とても便利です。向かいにショッピングモールがあります。テイクアウトを注文できます。ミルクティーコーヒーは便利で、大きなスーパーマーケットもあり、午後5時か6時に割引が始まります。旅行中の家族に最適です。フロントデスクもとてもフレンドリーです。会うたびに挨拶します。温かく思いやりがあります。朝食の種類は少ないですが、味は良いです。全体的に強くお勧めします!

中国東北地方を旅していて、最終目的地は長春でした。延吉から帰ってきた日の夜11時に長春に到着したので、駅近くのホテルを選びました。予約が遅かったので、ツインルームが空いていたのがここだけだったので、試してみることにしました。結果は大満足でした。部屋は清潔で使いやすく、フロントの女性から食事券までもらえたので、もう1泊延長することにしました。

Central location, professional and friendly service & cleaning staff, cheap for the location, but hygiene is abysmal. My room was dirty, the building is old and the smell of sewage fills the room each morning. In winter it is too cold to open the window to let in fresh air. Furthermore, there is no hand soap by the sink and it would be nice to have a laundry room. I stayed at another James Joyce in Heilongjiang and that branch was excellent. Clean and with plenty of amenities, like a laundry room, bar and interesting seating areas.
