Hotel pratique pour sa proximité avec la gare, le parking est assez petit et les meubles dans les chambres auraient bien besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Le quartier est calme donc on y dort bien ! Le personnel est accueillant et sympa.

本当にイビススタイルではありません。イビス予算のようなものです。客室には改修が必要です。私がフランスに滞在した他のイビスと比較して、朝食は高品質ではありませんでした。

スペインへ向かう途中、便利な一泊滞在先として利用しました。簡素ながらも非常に快適なホテルで、価格に見合った価値があります。夕食の選択肢は限られていますが、徒歩5分のところにスーパーマーケットとバー/レストランがあります。 2ユーロで安全な駐車場を利用できますので、安心して利用できます。 予算が限られており、高速道路からそれほど遠くない方には、良い宿泊先としておすすめです。

絶好のロケーションで、ルマンの中心部に非常に近い。聖ジュリアン大聖堂まで歩いてすぐ。価格で素晴らしい滞在。私は再びそこにとどまるでしょう。部屋は自分のニーズに合わせて基本的なものですが、良い温水シャワーと清潔なリネンのある素晴らしいベッド。

The self service check in times were not explained fully when booking. The reception was unmanned on arrival. The check in machine didn’t recognise I had already paid. I had to pay again for the full stay. Very poor.

The hotel is remote from the city center and should only be booked if you are attending Le Mans Université. The rooms are very compact meaning you will not have room for luggage and work. It is only good if you do not intend to stay in your room and spend most of your time of the day outside. The reception service closes at 9:00pm but the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful and tries his best to resolve issues.
