ホリデイ・イン・ベルファスト・シティセンターでの滞在は、全体的に素晴らしかったです。ホテルはベルファスト中央駅から徒歩約5分と非常に近く、電車、バス、荷物など、どんな交通手段を利用する場合でも便利です。立地は満点の5/5です。主要道路や駅に近いことから、最初は交通騒音を心配していましたが、部屋は防音性が非常に高く、窓を閉めればとても静かで、快適に眠ることができました。部屋とバスルームは広々としており、窮屈さは全く感じませんでした。ソファベッドでしたが、ダブルベッドほどの大きさに広げることができ、予想以上に快適でした。清潔さも全体的に満足できるレベルで、清潔さは4/5です。朝食は1人13ポンドで、豊富なメニューから選ぶことができ、午前10時まで提供されるので、早起きする必要がないのは非常に便利です。部屋の広さ、防音性、快適さ、朝食はどれも素晴らしく、設備は満点の5/5です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、チェックインと滞在はスムーズでした。サービスも 5/5 です。全体的に、このホテルは防音性に優れ、部屋が広く、朝食も美味しいので、公共交通機関でベルファストに到着する旅行者に最適です。Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre はベルファスト グランド セントラル駅から徒歩 5 分なので、移動が簡単です。ロケーション: 5/5。大通りと駅があるにもかかわらず、部屋は防音性に優れて静かでした。寝室とバスルームは広く、ソファベッドは快適なダブルベッドになります。清潔さ: 4/5。朝食は 13 ポンドで、多くの選択肢があり、10:00 まで提供されていたので、ゆったりとした朝を過ごすことができました。スペース、防音、ベッド、朝食設備: 5/5。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。サービス: 5/5。全体的に、快適で便利な滞在でした。

This is the second time I’ve stayed here to go to a concert at the SSE arena. I can safely say that the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in Belfast - very helpful and engaging throughout. We also ate here and the food was delicious and we got a great deal as it was before 7pm. The breakfast is also to die for! And the beds.. it’s just bliss!! I can’t wait to come back already.

I booked this hotel for my Mum so this is her review. She had a great time and loved the hotel. The staff were fantastic especially Muhammed and Sandra in the restaurant. They were so kind and helpful, even found me a teapot and remembered me each day despite having a full hotel of guests!  Fab location, very central and easy to get around.  Initially my room view was of bins and an alleyway but Leona on reception was so helpful and  moved me to the front so I was near my daughter and had a lovely view of City hall.  Would def recommend this hotel.  The staff make I special And I would def book again!  Pics show new room and first room.  Just note they have live music Thursday to Sun so the noise can travel up

Fantastic facilities, clean room, nice and quite location within walking distance to city centre, breakfast selections might need some improvement but overall fine.

Nice hotel,located 5 minutes walk from grand central station. Excellent buffet breakfast  Only negative was a flashing green light down low beside locker! Flashed all night long

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

The staff were lovely, but the service was slow in the Bistro dining area. I think the menu was quite unique, and I personally struggled to find something that I wanted to eat.

クレイトンホテルへの宿泊は今回で2回目ですが、全体的に快適で、客室も快適でした。部屋は清潔で手入れが行き届いており、一泊の料金としてはお得感があります。 しかしながら、フロントスタッフの対応には改善の余地があると感じました。何度か、ゲストにすぐに気づいてもらえない場面があり、特に海外からの旅行者にとっては、不親切な印象を受ける可能性があります。 前回の宿泊は3年前でしたが、この点が改善されていることを期待していました。フロントデスクのスタッフのプロ意識と温かいおもてなしが常に向上すれば、宿泊客の満足度は格段に上がるでしょう。次回の宿泊時には、こうした改善が見られることを楽しみにしています。

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
