「The hotel is basically it's clean my bed was very lumpy they and put a piece of foam on mattress after I told them I also bought a blanket cove up with and lay on there quilt make bed softer staff are friendly it ok close to everything are noise night clubs across road but you can get free ear plugs at reception and it's double glazed」

It’s in a lovely position on the promenade and Gynn Square tram stop directly opposite.
There is a Premier shop just around the corner for essential items.
The room wasn’t ready, despite me being quite a bit past check in time, but the staff quickly rectified in a friendly and efficient manner.
The room was adequate and clean. Great to have an iron and ironing board. Nice touch!
I didn’t eat there, but had plenty of bits to make a drink in room.
TV in room and felt quite at home with the distant sounds of the seagulls reminding me I was at the seaside.
Happy days.

ゲゲストHotel staff, facilities, food, swimming pools and entertainment were brilliant. Everything was presented really nicely in the foyer/reception area. The bedroom and carpets were really tired, however, and need a revamp to match the quality hotel foyer. We found the mattresses uncomfortably soft and didn't sleep well, so assume these were old too. A really mixed experience, but on balance the positive outweighed the negatives. The staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Highly recommend getting tram passes on app. before you arrive as need proof of children's DOB from passport or birth certificate. The tram stop is really conveniently opposite the hotel. Excellent reliable service :-)

Lots of coaches come here so pretty busy.
Be aware even if your itinerary says parking that does not mean it’s been paid. It’s an additional £3
Also I didn’t get the lady’s name at reception who booked us in but she was pretty blunt and rude.
The rest of the staff throughout was fantastic.

ゲゲストomg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

ホテルはWiFiがあると言っていますが、ロビーにのみあり、部屋には到達できません。テレビ用のリモコンも持っていませんでしたし、無ければ使えませんでした。何度も頼んだのですが、スタッフがテレビ用のリモコンを見つけることができませんでした。
壁は非常に薄く、ホテル周辺のすべての騒音が聞こえます。幸いなことに(残念ながら)私たちの部屋は可能な限り最も遠く離れていました。
シャワーの水圧は素晴らしかった。蛇口のホテルの水はすぐに熱く沸騰します。
全体的に、ホテルの質は良くありませんでしたが、価格の点でそれは私たちが必要とするすべてでした

ゲゲストClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.

MMichelle j PatersonRoom was very small only had 2 side drawers so very little storage for clothing.
Room was very small for a family of 4.
There was 2 sets of bunk beds one with a double on the bottom. Very wobbly and unstable. Unfortunately the top bunk was broken and had been fixed ( if you can call it that) with a blank of wool onto mettle frame. There was broken metal sticking out of the bed frame and spars were unsafe and moved when my child climbed into it. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor which ment there was no walking space between the beds.
Toilet didn't flush properly and had to muck about with it to flush. Shower leaked when the water was turned on.
No handle on the window to open or close it properly and when I was able to close it was a fight to push it open again.
Hotel advertised breakfast but once speaking to manager was told there was no breakfast available and hotel didn't do any catering.
Hotel was very rundown and in a very ruff area. Police were in the street every nite and there was a stabbing right outside the hotel.
After speaking to other guests all rooms seemed to be in the same state of disrepair.
Would not recommend this hotel at all.
