「This is a absolutely fantastic place to stay. It’s nearby everything. The staff were amazing and it felt like we’d known them for years, in particular Bobby. The bed was super comfy. There were very clean linen and lovely toiletries. The bar was reasonably priced and the “snack” menu was enough for a whole meal」

とても素晴らしい
JJamesHallGreat friendly couple running this hotel, booked during a period where a lot of hotels were booked up, usually I go to travlelodges/premierinns/holidayinns but this for the price this was way better and more personable. Granted it is a long old running Hotel, the reviews I see of this place are correct! Nice hot showers, hot chocolate and water bottles were an amazing bonus, just a continental breakfast which was free and all I personally needed to start my day. Right next to a convenience store for those quick forgotten items and even a bar if you wish to have a drink or hang out at the hotel. One thing I'll mention is stairs, might be difficult for anyone with a walking disability. Even the extra little services they offer are nice, like leaving your bags at the reception if your return journey is after check out if you plan to spend the day in Blackpool is a nice touch.

Who rang and cancelled our holiday with 7 days to go due to maintenance ( so they said )was fuming but back to review
Hotel a little dated but staff were very friendly and attentive
Very nice breakfast but with it been quieter no entertainment which was disappointing

ゲゲストAlthough the hotel is a little tired it represents good value for money. The room was spacious and clean with Wi-Fi included. You have to ask if you want your room to be cleaned each day but I had no need for this. Extra tea, coffee and milk was available at the reception desk for you to help yourself. My room also had a small fridge but in several visits to the hotel I have never had this before, suggesting that I was upgraded. The main complaint is the price of drinks at the bar but there is a pub just over the public car park as well as cheap drinks in town.

ゲゲストWas there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊
Was a mix up with rooms at first but got quickly resolved 😊

ホテルはWiFiがあると言っていますが、ロビーにのみあり、部屋には到達できません。テレビ用のリモコンも持っていませんでしたし、無ければ使えませんでした。何度も頼んだのですが、スタッフがテレビ用のリモコンを見つけることができませんでした。
壁は非常に薄く、ホテル周辺のすべての騒音が聞こえます。幸いなことに(残念ながら)私たちの部屋は可能な限り最も遠く離れていました。
シャワーの水圧は素晴らしかった。蛇口のホテルの水はすぐに熱く沸騰します。
全体的に、ホテルの質は良くありませんでしたが、価格の点でそれは私たちが必要とするすべてでした

ゲゲストNice service, there is a lot of facilities but I'm going to Blackpool for competition so I have no time to enjoy it. It is quite suitable for family trip. And the tram stop just the walking distance from the hotel it is convenient.

LLunaBunny立地は最高ですが、それ以外はすべてかなり古くて傷んでいます。サービスもひどく、部屋にはタオルも水筒もありませんでした。尋ねると、タオルは受付でもらう「ことになっている」と言われました。しかも、水筒は冷蔵庫付きの部屋にしか置いていないとのこと。水筒を買うことも勧められませんでした。水筒を持っていないことに気づいたのはかなり遅く、幸いにも5分ほど歩いたところにCo-opがあり、閉店間近だったので、そこで買うしかありませんでした。
部屋からは部分的に海が見えます。しかし、ベッドは少し動くだけでもうるさく、きしんでいました。その他の家具はすべて古く、ベッドサイドに充電コンセントやコンセントがありませんでした。
ホテル前のビーチは静かなので、立地が悪ければ、二度と泊まることは考えなかったでしょう。
唯一良かったのはプールです。とても清潔でしたが、更衣室はもっと良くてもよかったと思います。
以前Trip.comで予約したことがあるので、インターネットや第三者の予約とは関係ないのは分かっています。ただとても古いホテルです。それに、写真もかなり見落としていました。

ゲゲストClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.
