The front desk staff Jawad is very helpful and give good guidance on how to walk around Petra . He is very friendly and caring too! He help me to call the bus to go to wadi rum in early morning and wake up early to make sure the bus do come and pick me up. The hotel room is nice, I don’t have any comment on that, but just one thing. During my visit it was Muslim holiday and all night and early morning also have loud prayer sound from the nearby mosques….. can’t really sleep for the whole night …. Yet this is not the hotel problem . The breakfast is wonderful. Have lot of option and delicious too ! In all, I am happy for my stay . Thank you

This hotel is the best option for anybody if you coming to Petra very convenient and accessible to the entrance ( 30 seconds walking lol ) the hotel is amazing , the breakfast is awesome and fresh coffee, the stuff super friendly and social , free parking and if you do an early check in/out they will store your luggage no extra charge highly recommend this hotel

因為國慶入住率高，沒有給我正對城市景觀的雙床間（不想要大床間）。但除此以外，都是優點！ 首先性價比高，國慶包早餐晚餐才550一晚，還是四星級。 服務非常好，前台態度和善，搬運行李都很主動。 位置不在佩特拉景區門口，但對於自駕來説毫無影響，3分鐘就開到了。 晚餐意外的好吃，很多中東當地特色餐。 另外，酒水需自理，留意即可。 居然跟稻草人團住一樣的酒店…是我的標準高了？還是他們的標準低？🤭

鉄製の階段で4階まで上がるんだ 私はこの階段が正しいですか?本当にこれを上ると言いますか?感じたらその階段が正しいです。 スタッフは本当にフレンドリーです。タオルもコンジで借りて、本当に感動しましたㅠ 夕食をとったら、ここでお金を払って食べることをお勧めします。これは正直なところです。 外に出てスーパーマーケットで買わないでください。ああ、私はそれを書くのがとても難しいです。外には価格表がないので、私はそれを呼びます。 宿で全部売っているので、水とかこんなところ宿に住むことをお勧めします。

예약내역 확인하는데 문제가 있었는데도 사장님이 친절하게 맞이해주시고 해결해주셨어요 호텔 직원분이 식당도 추천해줬는데 직원뷴둘 다들 친절하시고 숙소도 페트라까지 걸어서 2-30분이면 가서 저렴한 가격치고 숙고가 좋았습니다~! 이불이 넘 포근 해서 꿀잠잤고 조식뷰가 진짜 미쳤어요!!

ホテルは、喧騒からペトラから車で5分でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした、特にレストランのマネージャーであるKhalidは、私たちが必要なものを手に入れるように邪魔をしませんでした。 ホテルからの眺めは素晴らしかった

The hotel room was smelly and the staff was not that friendly comparing to the amazing welcoming from Jordans in general. The breakfast very limited. The location is perfect!

Very friendly staff, as usual in Jordan. Large breakfast, arabian style, buffet. There were troubles with reservation and the hotel tender quickly solved and offer the breakfast all over the night reserved for 6 people. Very professional. Close to restaurant and 15 minute walking from Petra Main Gate

The hotel is very clean and nice view of petra with very friendly owner. The local kitchen is also very nice food, we order lamb mansaf which was perfect!
