メリダでおすすめの朝食付きホテル

2024年1月にレジデンス イン メリダに1か月滞在しました。ロケーションとサービスが気に入りました。ギャラリア モール、コストコ、大型食料品店のすぐ近くです。R72のバスでメリダ中心部まで行けるので、車を持っていない人や運転したくない人には便利です。部屋は清潔で、フルキッチンが備わっています。朝食も含まれています。フロントデスクのスタッフも親切です。マヤ遺跡とセノーテへのプライベート日帰り旅行を2回手配してくれました。唯一お勧めしたいのは、朝食の質を上げて選択肢を増やすことです。朝食の種類はあまり多くありません。冷蔵庫は夜は少しうるさいです。

It was the best hotel we stayed in this Mexico trip. Hotel room was clean with good air conditioning. Shower was great too. Breakfast buffet offered many choices of Mexican food and drinks.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando. Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer. Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.

The staff and the hotel were wonderful! I was travelling as a solo female and I felt very safe and well taken care of. The location is perfect, it’s next to the avenue of all the best restaurants and a short walk to the historic center. The air con in the room was an absolute blessing (Merida is hotttt!), the room felt really luxurious and the pool was a welcome necessity in the heat. I’d happily recommend Casa Tavera to everyone and anyone.

The location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!
