Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. 厳密には、ホテルではなく、農場に似ており、市内中心部から約10キロ離れています。食事をする場所がなく、交通機関も不便です。市内中心部に行くたびにタクシーに乗らなければなりません。 スタッフのサービスはとても良いです、英語を話すスタッフがいます、他のコミュニケーションは翻訳ソフトウェアに依存していますが、彼らはサービスを提供するために最善を尽くしていることがわかります。部屋に入るには靴を脱ぐ必要があるため、子供はドアのセメント階段で足を切られ、スタッフは時間内に傷を消毒し包む薬を送りました。 部屋はフロントから遠く、毎回約10分かかります。緑はとても良いですが、ヘビもいます。道路で2回ヘビに会いましたが、スタッフは毒がないと言いました。部屋の設備は比較的古く、通常は人が少なく、少しぼろぼろで時間内に修理されていない場合があります。ファミリーヴィラを予約しました。部屋の1つの天井が壊れていました。翌日チェックアウトする準備ができたとき、天井が壊れた場所のキルトにネズミの糞があることがわかりました。 場所は比較的離れているため、外出するたびにスタッフがタクシーを呼ぶのを手伝うことができますが、タクシーを呼ぶよりも高価であり、サービス料がかかる可能性があります。

とてもとても美しいく清潔感のあるホテルです。従業員も新鮮で安心して泊まれます。ぜひともおすすめしたいホテルです。

2021年に改装されたと聞き、5つ星ホテルです。部屋はムオンタンから予想通り清潔で広いです。場所は大丈夫です、日中は周囲にあまりありません、banh xeoを販売する近くのレストランがいくつかだけです。しかし、夜にはより多くのアクティビティがあります。ベンニンキエウに近く、車で5分。朝食は豊富な選択肢でいいです。滞在に全体的に満足しています。
