カンクン ドモ・デポルティーボ公園周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

Nossa ideia era apenas usar o hotel para passar a noite, já que durante o dia iamos realizar os passeios, mas nossa experiência foi realmente muito ruim: - não tem travesseiros no hotel, apenas almofadas duras e enormes, impossíveis de dormir; - não tem elevador, subimos os dois andares de escada com toda a bagagem nas mãos, nenhum funcionário ajudou; - o ar condicionado do quarto é antigo e faz um barulho alto, avisamos a recepção, mas ninguém foi ver e não tivemos resposta da equipe do hotel; - o chuveiro não esquenta a água, apenas um pouco e depois de muito tempo ligado; - a acústica é muito ruim, dá para ouvir tudo que acontece nos outros quartos - não deixaram nenhum dia toalha de rosto. Tapete de banho apenas depois do segundo dia de estadia; - o quarto não dispõe de secador de cabelo; - a cama é muito antiga e faz barulho a cada mínimo movimento; - acordamos cheios de picadas pelo corpo, todos os dias Enfim, o hotel não atendeu expectativas, o atendimento foi ruim (exceto pela senhora simpática que fazia nosso café da manhã). Não recomendo e certamente não voltaria.

The SLS is a nice property overall but the hotel experience was not up to par. Not quite what I expect from the SLS brand and I would not recommend this hotel. The service is great but the property doesn’t provide a good experience. It was not relaxing and restful at all and overall just not a good vacation. Pros: Excellent service. The hotel car service was great and front desk staff was excellent; they were ready as soon as we got to the hotel with an early check in. The hotel managers and wait staff were also very courteous and personable. The Rooms are very nice and the oceanfront suite was modern, and spacious. Very nice bathrooms with robes and slippers. Turn down service is also provided. Nice large balconies on the ocean side. The property itself has great décor and is well kept, including the hotel pool, lobby, and beach club. The food at the main restaurant was very good; however, it’s the only option for dinner and the menu is tiny so you'll need to find other dining options outside the hotel. The beach club was also very good and has a nice lunch menu Cons: Being on the 2nd floor it was unfortunately a bit loud at night with folks hanging outside at the beach. Even with the balconies closed fully we could still hear the chatter outside, which was unfortunate. There was also lots of noise from the hallway in the morning as well. We could hear every footstep, every voice, every door slamming in the hallway throughout our stay. Overall the rooms are just not very quiet and I did not get good rest, which is important on vacation. And it was more of the same on night two, we just had no insulation from the music blaring from outside. Ther was not a quiet peaceful moment to be found at this hotel. Also has to listen to dogs barking from other units (there’s a lot of dogs on the property). The pool for the hotel guests is nice but very small; the resident pool is much larger. The Beach club area is very nice but also a bit crammed. Tough to relax with so many other conversations, cigar smoke, dogs, pet parrots (yes you read that right), etc. A little more spacing would go a long way. Locals can also buy day passes so I'm sure that contributes to the crowd on weekends. It was much more quiet and less chaotic during the week. The hotel also has more of a family environment (lots of kids and dogs etc.) probably because of the residences but not exactly what I expect or am used to from the SLS brand. There’s many more local families than hotel guests and lots of small children. Felt a little bit out of place at times. Think like endless squeaking of rubber ducks levels of children and kids throwing footballs and jumping in the pool. We couldn't enjoy the pool at all. Meanwhile there's a giant resident only pool that was near empty our entire stay. There kids unsurprised in the pool shouting back and forth to their parents on the beach disturbing everyone. これは5年ぶりの5回目の旅行でした。ここに来るのが大好き！食べ物は常に美味しく、サービスは格別です。私たちが出会う人々も同様です。 執事のセザールが私たちを大切にしてくれたことに感謝したい。それは彼の最初の週であり、私たちはもっと親切な紳士を要求することはできませんでした。彼は私の誕生日をとても特別なものにしてくれました。彼は夕食の予約を手配し、朝に私たちにコーヒーとクッキーを持ってきて、滞在中私たちをチェックしました。 素晴らしい初演のバーテンダー、Gerry、Tono、Elisio、その他に感謝します（名前を覚えているのに頭が空いているのは残念です。名前を書き留めておけばよかったのです）。 そして、私たちを楽しませてくれたプレイメーカーに感謝します。改修前に許可されていたさまざまなゲームやアクティビティを追加できるようになりました。 今回戻ってくるのに2年もかからないことを願っています！ ！ 私が好きではないことの1つは、朝早くに掃除人の声を大声で聞くことでした。次回は私のサウンドマシンを思い出そうとします。

本当に素敵なホテルでした。ただし、安い料金で行ったので、部屋は道路に面しており、オーシャンビューではありません。 一晩中車やバスが走る音が聞こえました。 それ以外は非常に良い経済的なホテルです。 道路に面した道路は避けてください。

全体的に素晴らしいホテルで、非常に費用対効果が高く、部屋は清潔で快適で、ホテルは非常にプライベートで、専用のビーチがあります。朝食は種類が豊富で、夕方にホテルで注文した食事も美味しかったです。リゾートホテルとしての基本的な設備は充実しています。改善が必要なのは、フロントデスクのサービスです。私たちはチェックインするために早朝に到着し、明らかにフロントデスクに誰かがいたのですが、オンラインになったのは1人だけで、他の3人は単なる飾りでした。そして真実）旅行に関することについて尋ねられたとき、彼は何も答えることができませんでした。また、ホテルには朝食パックがありません。多くの日帰り旅行では早朝に出発する必要があり、レストランの営業時間が遅すぎて、お弁当を用意できません。これは、5 つ星の基準と少し矛盾します。

どのスタッフも親切に接客してもらいました。 5泊以上で和食とイタリアンのお店で食べられるそうです。イタリアンが人気のお店らしいのですが予約したかった日がお店が休みで結局食べられませんでした。和食は鉄板焼きと寿司があり、鉄板焼きの方に行きました。色々ツッコミどころもあり日本のイメージってこういう感じなんだって知れて面白かったです。DECHというレストランがビーチ見えるテラス席のようなお店で雰囲気があってよかったです。22:30まだ開いていたのもありがたかったです。5日滞在しましたが毎日メニューが違いいろんな国の料理がありました。 ホテルのビーチはすごく綺麗でパラソルも使えてよかったですが、時期のせいか波が少し高めでした。 カンクンのショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内やバスですぐのところにあるのでカンクン内にいる分にはアクセスがよかったです。 オーシャンビューの部屋ではなかったのですがカリブ海じゃない海は見えました。ビーチ側(カリブ海側)の景色が最高に綺麗なので次泊まるなら絶対にアップグレードします。

カンクンという場所がそうせるのか オールインクルーシブの飲み食い自由の解放感がそうさせるのか グラス片手にプールに浸かりながらおしゃべりしたり 人々が楽しんでいる雰囲気がよかったです。 バーでテキーラを注文すると 「お！テキーラ？」イッキ！イッキ！と盛り上げられて 私も調子にのってテキーラ一気をしてみたり… もっと英語ができたら一層楽しめただろうと思います。 そういう意味では、英語ができないと 他のゲスト同士がワイワイ楽しんでいるのを横目に、 少し寂しい気持ちになるかもしれません。 さて、客室やレストランについての感想です。 プリファードクラブで5泊しました。 シャワーは固定式で基本的にバスタブはありません。 聞けばマスターズスイートなど特別な部屋にしかないそうです。 バルコニーには物干がありません。 風が強いので干せないようにしているのかもしれませんが、リゾートホテルで水着を干せるようになっていないのダメだと思います。 また、洗面所の水栓がキッチリ閉まらず、水をためることができないので、ちょっとした洗濯ができません。 当然、フィットネスセンターなどにあったりする水着専用の脱水機もありません。 洗濯はランドリー（有料）を利用してください、ということかもしれませんが、水着やちょっとした下着くらいは、自分で洗って干せるようになっていないと不便ですよね。 部屋のシャワーブースのあたりには、タオルやバスローブをかけるフックがないなど、ちょっとしたことが随所に欠けていると感じました。 フィットネスセンターには、ジャグジーなどの施設がありません。 暖かいお湯につかりたい場合は、スパを利用するしかありません。 マッサージなどのスパメニューを受けずに、スパ施設だけ利用するメニューもありますが、たしか4000円くらいしますし、内容は男女共用のスチームサウナとジャグジーがあるだけで4000円の価値はありません。 なお、マッサージはイマイチ。デコルテの流す動作で喉ぼとけのあたりをさすられて、咳き込んでしまいましたｗｗｗ レストランについて。 Barefoot Grill ハンバーガーやホットドッグが楽しめます。味は普通においしいです。 Bluewater Grill　ステーキです。美味しかったです。 最高のステーキとまではいきませんが、ホテルのバンケット料理くらいのイメージでしょうか。 混んでいるので早めにいくか、余裕をもって行って名前をリストして、他のバーで時間を調整するなど工夫が必要です。 Market Café　朝食は基本こちらになります。バラエティも豊富で美味しかったです。見たことのないフルーツもあって楽しいです。 Dragons Oriental Dining　ここのものはイマイチ…。ただし朝食は、空いているのでお勧めです。朝食の内容はMarket Caféと同じです。 Nebbiolo Ristorante 　どれも塩辛いです。味は悪くないのに塩からくて食べられず、もったいなかったので塩分控えめにできないかリクエストしたところ、チーズをたっぷりつかっており、チーズから出る塩分なので取り除くことができない、との説明でした。 Olio 　ここの食べ物も特に美味しいものはなかったです。 5泊もするとさすがに、食べ物に飽きてしまいました。飽きないようにバラエティはあるものの、美味しいのはステーキと朝食くらいで、あとはもう…という感じです。

We had a wonderful experience at La Luce Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, authentic, and well-presented. I enjoyed every bite of my meal. The service was excellent as well. Our hostess, Diana, greeted us warmly and seated us promptly. Our waiter, Ismaiel, was very helpful and interactive, checked on us frequently, and made us feel welcome. He also had a good sense of humor. The chef, Sergio, personally came to say hi and thanked us for dining at his restaurant. He was very friendly and professional. The manager, Rizo, also stopped by our table and asked us about our experience. He was very courteous and attentive especially to our dietary restrictions. Hats off to him for going all the way to Maxal to get 3 milk cake for us. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy and satisfying Italian meal. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences I have had in Cancun

ホテルは素晴らしく、きれいでした。食べ物は大丈夫でした。オールインクルーシブのリゾートの方が良かったです。私たちは 1 泊しか滞在しなかったので、プールを楽しむことはできませんでしたが、きれいに見えました。私たちはオーシャン ビューの部屋を予約しました。眺めは最高でした。部屋自体はかなり広く、とてもきれいでした。部屋についての私の唯一の不満は、電話を充電するためのコンセントが見つからなかったことです。 トゥルムから来て、家に帰る早朝のフライトに乗る前にリラックスできるように、部屋を1泊予約しました。部屋を予約するときに、子供は許可されていないことを読んだので、大人専用のリゾートであるという印象を受けました。このリゾートはとても家族向けなので、説明をもっとよく読むべきだったと思います。 サービスは素晴らしかったです！チェックインからチェックアウトまで、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 家族連れに最適な場所ですが、静かな休暇を探している人はそれほど多くないかもしれません。
