ダウンタウンで便利なところにあるリーズナブルなホテルです。 最近のカンクンのホテルはさらに値上がりしている感じで、 それはホテルゾーンだけでなくダウンタウンでも感じます。 少し歩けばスーパーもあります。 フロントは24時間対応なので、カンクンへの到着が遅れたり、早朝出発の際も問題ありません。 とても静かに滞在できます。 部屋のタオルがとても大きく、バカラルへのバスツアーにもっていきましたが、 車内の防寒にとても役立ちました。 プールサイドにバーもあったので、もっとゆっくり滞在したら利用したかったです。

ホテルはカンクン ***** の北東端に位置しており、北側と東側のビーチにアクセスできます。どちらのビーチも桟橋によって大きな波から隠されています。ターコイズ スイートは広々としており、手入れが行き届いており、素晴らしい海の景色を楽しめます。ホテルの敷地は散歩できるほど広く、さまざまな場所から眺める海は本当に美しいです。ホテルにはプールがいくつかあり、お客様は自分に合ったものを選ぶことができます。ホテル内にはレストランやバーもいくつかあり、選択肢が広がります。ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧です。サービスは本当に良いです。ホテルの全体的な印象は良いです。ターコイズ スイートには別の建物もあり、より静かで、海の素晴らしい景色を望む別のプールがあります。このホテルはあらゆるタイプの旅行者に絶対にお勧めします。改善できるのは食事だけです。食事には 5 点満点中 4 点を付けます。バーのカクテルと同様に、もっと美味しくて特別なものにできると思いますが、それは「オールインクルーシブ」タイプのサービスによるものかもしれません。

What an awesome place to staybim Cancun. In city center within walking distance to sobmany great restaurants and Tulum Avenue. Stay here to experience to true local culture of Cancun. The front desk staff (24 hours) are incredibly sweet and helpful! They made us truly feel like family. I wish I could remember name sof the male desk clerk that works mostly nights. He was great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was very safe. We walked all around the area (to Mercado 23 and beyond). We walked to all the restaurants day and night. Webnever felt unsafe or saw any unsafe activities. Justvthe opposite with tons of families walking and children playing in the plaza across across street, which also had great street food!! Be aware that you are in the city center with live bands at a few locale places, so you will here music until around 10pm, but it creates a festive environment for all! Love, lobe, love this hotel (get the king suite). I will definitely be back. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Palace in Cancun. Nancy, in guest services, was wonderful. She responded to our requests quickly and had our entire itinerary printed for us when we arrived. Jesus, at the pool, was beyond helpful. We really enjoyed him and appreciate his services. Such a hard worker and always friendly. And Theresa, at the pool, gave us the best service with drinks and food. She was always cheerful with a big smile, and always had time to talk with us for a few minutes. It’s the staff that makes this resort so nice. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, as they were all so polite and accommodating. It was sad saying goodbye, but we’ll be back!

Positives- -From a cost and location perspective, this hotel is a great value! -It’s cool that this was previously a three-story mall converted to a hotel (over 10 years ago) - makes for a great story to tell others! -There was daily maid service (which was very comprehensive). -Bed was very comfortable. -There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the immediate area. A giant supermarket is within just a few minutes’ walk. -The major nightclub area (Bongo’s and such) is less than a 10-minute walk. -A public beach is within a 5–7-minute walk. An even nicer one is about 10-minute walk away (near Bongo’s). -The ferry to Isle of Mujeres just a few minutes’ walk away. Negatives- -It isn’t clear where the entrance of the hotel is (it’s on the side). -This hotel goes by three different names (also Essenzia de Cancun, plus Spazio Boutique Hotel). They do this for marketing purposes, but to me, it’s a little murky. -The Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable, and when working is very slow. Half of the six Wi-Fi’s sign-on signals did not work at all – ever! -Water pressure was very weak. -The hot water was only warm. -The only small window is in the bathroom, so you don’t know what time of day it is if you are in the bedroom. -The window in the bathroom did not open. -There is no phone in the room -There’s no clock in the room
