「The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location is very close to the Haram. However, we were very disapointed by the mediocre breakfast (very few types of food to choose from and what's even worse, refilling food is very infeequent) and the very slow wifi (10 mbps at this day and age and in such a high end hotel!!). Overall, the hotel met our expectations in certainareas but was way bellow expectations for the price in others. We're definetly not coming back.」

「Hotel with the most beautiful views in the world. I once stayed in a water villa at Maldives. But I have to be honest, the view from this hotel is more beautiful than the water villa in the Maldives. + most beautiful view from my room + very close to Masjidil Haram (just a short walk) + comfortable room and well maintained + daily room cleaning and amenities refill + suitable for resting without losing connection to the Haram + many food options around the hotel + helpful if you want a more relaxed pace during your stay + plenty of lifts to avoid queues during rush hour + there is a special lift on the upper floors which helps reduce rush hour queues. + very helpfull staff + high speed wifi + you can hear the call to prayer and the imam from the mosque directly from your room + early check-in can be served when rooms are available. + you have 2 choice to go to Haram. You can use ajyad street or zamzam tower. - price is quite high, especially for Kaaba view rooms - the elevator does not require an access card, allowing outsiders to enter. In my case, there was someone from the Swissotel Al Maqam hotel who got the wrong room. If I ever visit the Grand Mosque again, I will choose this hotel again and again. I really enjoyed my stay here.」

「Very good hotel with comfortable amenities, but it is not within walking distance to Al Haram in Makkah. A shuttle bus is available, which helps with transportation. The staff experience was mixed — the male front desk team could benefit from significant customer service training, as their approach felt a bit aggressive and lacked warmth. In contrast, the female staff members were much more professional and caring. I especially want to highlight a lady in niqab who assisted us with booking a car from the hotel to the train station. She went above and beyond, refusing to leave after her shift had ended and staying to ensure we secured the car on time. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was truly outstanding! One disappointment was with the connected rooms — unlike the photos, they did not feature king beds. Instead, we received four single beds (two in each room), which was not ideal for a small family. Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel should improve cleanliness and maintenance. Despite being a relatively new property, it was clear that facilities management and housekeeping standards could be much better.」

「Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean (and fragrant lobby). We had a twin deluxe room with Haram view; spacious, comfortable and plush. Breakfast was also solid with good hours (6:00 to 10:30). We checked out on a Friday and they allowed us to check out after Jummah salah. The hotel is actually quite close to the Haram. From reviews online I was unsure, but in practice it's a few minutes walk to King Fahd Gate 79. For getting into the Haram I think it is quicker door-to-door than the Clock Tower hotels. For getting back from the Haram to the hotel, that is a bit longer depending on where you exit the masjid anddue to a slight uphill walk (nothing very demanding, non-elderly should be fine), though the walkway gets congested at busy times. Alternatively, there is a shuttle which takes you from the main hotel entrance to street level in less than 2 minutes; from there you take escalator/lift to the Haram. Would highly reccommend; only cons here would be no lotion in the bathroom and shower water pressure/temperature was not that high (very minor issues!)」

「このホテルには3回目の滞在でしたが、今回も期待をはるかに超える素晴らしい滞在でした。サービスは抜群で、清潔さも申し分なく、まさに10点満点です。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、必要なものはすべてすぐに手に入ります。何も言わなくても、すぐに手に入ります。ホテルからハラームまでは徒歩20～30分ほどですが、便利なシャトルバスが1時間ごとに出ています。タクシーも10～15リヤルで利用できます。また必ずまた利用します！」

「Managing my reservation was unnecessarily complicated and inefficient. both before my arrival and during my stay. It proved very difficult for the staff to organize my stay in a single room without having to repeat the same process several times. It simply didn’t make sense. forcing me to repeat the same procedure multiple times was difficult to understand and rather disappointing.」

「The location of the hotel is fabulous There are three routes to the masjid ul haram. One is exiting the lobby and turning left, walking up marriott and then turning right (you will see the haram to see what I mean) - then walk down the slight hill. The second is exiting the lobby, and walking left across the street, straight through hilton convention. The third is exiting the lobby, turning left and walking up the stairs that are next to Makkah Gate sign. You then turn left and head to haram down the escalators that everyone posts about online! It is hilly using route one or three, but not really an issue for walking or pram users. This is aside from two other ways to reach the haram: the marriott shuttle bus which drops you near conrad, near the I love Makkah area. Or, the golf buggy which takes you the same route as Walking Route One I mentioned above. Id recommend getting the buggy as its less crowded. The golf buggy comes to the same drop off spot to take you back. Shuttles buggys are really constant and timely, jus wait around. The marriott is opposite the Address hotels back entrance. There are wonderful coffee shops if you climb the stairs as mentioned in my Walking Route 3 I mentioned above. Great area to take children to play and run around. The mosque is part of the haram so every room has a live speaker during prayer time with mic volume to adjust. You can joim salaah from your room or go to the prayer room on floor 3. Reception gave us a cheaper breakfast or dinner price than online voucher places. Breakfast is average but convenient. There is a cafe on ground floor that serves nice hot or cold food anytime in the day. A baskin Robbins freezer is also there. Hotel staff and reception are lovely!!!」

「ホテルのシャトルサービスは素晴らしく、時間通りに到着しました。9階に宿泊しましたが、ハウスキーパーの方はとても親切で笑顔が素敵でした。ホテルの目の前にモスクがあり、そこも素晴らしかったです。唯一の問題は、到着前にホテルに電話で連絡を取らなければならなかったことです。最後に、ジムは現在利用できません。大きな問題ではありませんが、一言付け加えておきます。」
