「I booked this hotel for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. The view was awesome!! The receptionist very helpful but one thing that i can recommend is to upgrade breakfast menu seems like nothing much to eat and all same.」

「Excellent facility. Very good service. Little far from Masjid Al Haram. Has bus service from 06:00 to 04:00. Taxi 10-15 Riyals to bus stop. If you want to go closer, 20-25 Riyals in the tunnel under the clock tower. From bus stop 10-15 minutes walk to the entrance. When they will be fully open after construction it can be shorter.」

「Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.」

「I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and close to shops and transport. Staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. There were a few small issues in the room, but nothing major. Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying again.」

「This is not to be 2 star  hotels for my recommendation need to be 5 star because it’s teapot good service and clean the reception was so kindnesses and it’s very close to Al haram allhamdulliah from hotel to Al haram it’s very close 9 mints if you don’t go by Anjum hotel for ladies walking walking 15 mints」

「The hotel is very well located, with excellent amenities and close to the mosque. Overall, the facilities are what you would expect from a Hilton. Price is obviously a big factor, but otherwise it is a very good option given its location and nearby amenities. There is also a nice restaurant outside, along with a direct connection into the mall, which has a wide range of shops and supermarkets.」

「Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win.」

「The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.」

「I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable. The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well. The fridge is not cooling very much but its fine.」
