「Excellent facility. Very good service. Little far from Masjid Al Haram. Has bus service from 06:00 to 04:00. Taxi 10-15 Riyals to bus stop. If you want to go closer, 20-25 Riyals in the tunnel under the clock tower. From bus stop 10-15 minutes walk to the entrance. When they will be fully open after construction it can be shorter.」

「Overall, we had a great stay at Mövenpick Hajar Tower. The room was comfortable and very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job, although the bathroom was a little small. The only real downside was the elevators. The two sides are not connected, which makes waiting frustrating, especially during busy times. Staff also frequently use the same elevators, adding to the congestion. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, excellent cleanliness, and definitely a hotel I would recommend.」

「place is a bit far from haram, tho convenient with shuttle buses every 20 minutes. still, i procrastinated a little every time i went during the night while planning to go back to hotel after shubuh. it takes roughly 1-1.2 hours to reach the hotel after 5 am. other than that, everything is good! LOVE the layout of the toilet!」

「This hotel location is great on Ajyad Road just cross the road and under the flyover you are on pigeon park side about 3 minutes in total to gate number one of haram (king Abdulaziz gate) you can perform jamat on level six of the hotel if can’t reach on time.」

「Arrived after 5pm, but still have to wait for the room to be ready. But the room was super nice and comfortable. The lift works fine. During peak time, slightly delay but it is still manageable. The staff also nice. Bonus point was the hotel pass thru the mall and directly step on the Masjidilharam area. Really convenient. If I come again in future, I'll definitely choose this hotel. InshaAllah. The breakfast in overall, quite nice with multiple selection.. Hotel lobby facing the First Ring Road. 「Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah. ❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful.」
