「Excellent facility. Very good service. Little far from Masjid Al Haram. Has bus service from 06:00 to 04:00. Taxi 10-15 Riyals to bus stop. If you want to go closer, 20-25 Riyals in the tunnel under the clock tower. From bus stop 10-15 minutes walk to the entrance. When they will be fully open after construction it can be shorter.」

「Lets start with the impressive entrance styled with artificial greeneries and wonderful eid decor. Major love for that ! Convenient golf cart aka buggy to haram whilst walking is also doable. Not forgetting the gentlemen at the desks 2 days prior eid, their assistance and cooperation is commendable. And the room, it was simply fantastic with large windows overlooking Jabal Kaabah road.」

「Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.」

「Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah. ❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful.」

「Receptionists are very different attitudes and professionalism wise. Very nice helpful gentleman at the start, to a very nervous angry lady on check out. Same apply to food quality; 10/10 breakfast vs 5/10 dinners! You expect more consistency in such a 5 star hotel? Location in not far from AlHarm, but if you suffer chronic illness, mind the fact that the hotel is on a hill? Also some very disturbing road work in the area.Some towels are very old, heavily used overtime, some sockets are not working. So, to me it is an average hotel, probably will struggle to compete with similar range hotels as Hilton,Le Merodiane」

「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Makkah. In terms of cleanliness, bed size, room service, and the hotel lobby—everything was outstanding. The best experience I had was with housekeeping, especially Mr. Ikter Husen at Tower 2, 14th floor (my room was 1404). His service and attention to detail were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. The overall service, cleanliness, and attitude of all the staff are truly exceptional.」

「Hotel was clean snd good Location also its 10 min walk or you csn take a taxi to Haram for 5 to 10 reyal which is also ok just one note avoid the corner room as the storage room for the cleaning team is beside it and sometimes they make noise while they are taking the cleaning tools or storing something there but the rest of my stay was fine also they allowed me to check in at 10 am as the room was ready and available.」
