Chengdu Xingtianwai Garden Hotel

One of the best hotels I stayed in during my China trip! Firstly, the staff were very professional and assisted us with every query and they had security before you enter the hotel which made it extra safe. The housekeeper left a thank you note after she cleaned the room which was very wholesome. The loft itself was also fantastic. A nice kitchen, spacious living room and clean bedrooms! The natural lighting in the room and the great location of a very big shopping centre across the road was also a plus to us. Overall, a great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Super fun place! the front desk IS VERYYY nice and they are very helpful ! Xiao Yan was super helpful, they have disposables of towels and toilrt seats and u can order food delivery easily since they have lockers. Also, they offer free water bottle every morning when we walked past! super nice friendly and clean environment. The breakfast is also super cool!

The service here is top notch and really friendly. They provide us laundry service which allow us to enjoy our trip! Excellent room service and we enjoy the smart voice device (Tu Tu) to switch on music & more! 5 star!

Awesome service from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Feels like an apartment that was converted to a hotel. There is only one washer/dryer combo so you’ll have to be strategic about when to do your laundry but it’s better than not having one. The hotel is across the street from a large local shopping mall with tons of food options and the usual mall stores with an emphasis on serving family’s. It is a bit away from the center of Chengdu so you’ll end up taking Didi to a lot of things travelers want to do but DiDi is so affordable plus it’s nice to get away from the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Everything was great! Front desk staff Xiao Yang was also friendly :)
