We booked 2 executive sea view room with breakfast, then found that it's on a 2nd floor, worried about our 2 little kids, we asked for a room downstair, this agus at reception offer us deluxe room, no view, but we have to pay extra money because they compare it with their publish rate, ridiculous ya, because we got benefits from this app with larger discount with my card, it's my privilege, but keep saying, we have to pay some more, otherwise they will give us this deluxe room, only 1 room and just 2 pax breakfast, at no extra charge, this is very crazy of him ya, we pay for 2 room and asking for downgrade not an upgrade, still have to pay or 1 room at no additional cost wow, it's a ripped off So we choose our executive, 2nd floor, unsafe balcony with no lighting, dark at night, very accessible from balcony next-door, it's very unsafe and unpleasant too ya Then we order room service nasi liwet komplit for 4 , then it came to us with very small cut chicken, 1 chicken cut into 12 pcs I guess, when we order we clearly request for breast part, and the waiter says okay, so it's not worth the price, another ripped off The pool, just about 7 meters long, 1 side for kids 0,5 m depth, next to adult with 175 cm depth, yes 175cm depth, lol 🤣🤣 , it's VERY UNSAFE FOR KIDS ! one other thing that made me sure they don't have good heart is, when we leave the room to check out, there's 2 women staff, waiting outside our room, and they asked for the key, so we give the key to her, leave to the lobby while they inspect our room, we were at the parking area for about 10 minutes, we left, go home only to find out I leave one shirt in my room, what I mean is, she has that 10 minutes in my room, I believe she will aware of lost and found things, but nobody tried to inform me, 10 minutes at parking area, just in front of the lobby, enough time for her to inform us about that shirt They don't have a good heart all they think about is, guest's money
