隠れた名ホテルです！全体的にシンプルながらもエレガントで、共用エリアは清潔感があり、くつろげるラウンジエリアもあります。部屋のベッドは硬さもちょうど良く、枕もとても快適で、長旅の夜をぐっすり眠ることができました。防音も素晴らしく、廊下の騒音は全く聞こえませんでした。朝食は種類豊富で新鮮な食材が使われており、味も抜群でした。チェックアウト時にもスタッフが滞在について積極的に尋ねてくれて、とても親切でした。すでにウィッシュリストに追加しました。フロントのスタッフもとても親切で、次回この地域を訪れた際は必ずまた泊まりたいです！

Excellent stay! This Atour X Hotel is perfectly located in the city center, connected directly to the Taiye Plaza with endless food options. The room was impressively clean, modern, and more spacious than expected. Great value and a highly convenient base for exploring Dali. Would definitely stay again.

Nearby train station. Clean and comfortable room. Staff is very helpful even came over to clean our gabages at night when the housekeeping is not available. Washing machines and dryers are very useful to wash our previous trips clothing. Night snacks after 9.30pm is nice. Free snacks gift after checkout is so unexpected. チェックインの経験は素晴らしく、チェックインの経験は期待を上回りました!フロントデスクでのチェックインサービスは温かく効率的で、チェックイン時に率先して挨拶し、チェックイン時に部屋の設備を説明し、チェックイン時に窓を閉めるように注意しました。チェックイン後、子供用のトイレタリーも親密に渡しました。ロビーの香りは良く、ロビーのバックグラウンドミュージックはなだらかで、ロビーにはセルフサービスのティーエリアと読書エリアがあり、特に赤ちゃんを連れて行く子供たちが好きです。部屋は清潔で快適で、ロビーで販売されている寝具と枕はとても良い質感があり、全体的にお勧めです!ロビーのセルフサービスの香りのお茶は美味しいです。彼らの家のロビーには配達ロボットもあります。とても可愛いです。

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The property was modern, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room with a stunning view. The complimentary laundry service was also a great convenience. I would like to give special recognition to Ho Tao (胡萄) at the front desk for her outstanding hospitality. She was warm, professional, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her kindness and grace reminded me of Miyu from The Epoch of Miyu. She made every interaction pleasant and is trully a valuable asset to the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel. The excellent service, comfortable room, and thoughtful amenities made my stay memorable. I look forward to staying here again.
