We stayed for one night at the Garden Panorama Suite with Soaking Tub at Dali Yunying Chunxiao Shuiyuan Scenic Hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, and while there are some things worth improving, the views and overall atmosphere were truly memorable. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the view of Erhai Lake. It was absolutely exquisite and looked almost exactly like the photos online. Every corner of the hotel was incredibly photogenic, and the whole place had a very calm, peaceful and almost surreal atmosphere. The hotel itself is quite small, with a compact lobby that also serves as the breakfast area, but the incredible lake view more than made up for the limited space. The hotel is located along a cobbled street with no direct car access. The hotel contacted us beforehand to ask about our arrival time, which was appreciated, and their staff met us to collect our luggage and transported it to the hotel by motorbike. However, we initially thought someone would escort or pick us up, but instead we were given a location to follow on foot. The route was a little confusing and we got slightly lost, particularly because the final stretch goes through a very quiet back street that doesn’t really look like it leads to a hotel. It was also raining when we arrived and when we left, so we really appreciated that the hotel lent us umbrellas. The location itself is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, one important point for future guests is that the streets leading back to the hotel are completely dark at night, with no street lights at all. We found this quite scary and felt it could be unsafe, especially for families with young children or anyone returning after dark. Our room had a beautiful view of Erhai Lake, but unfortunately the upkeep and cleanliness did not quite match what we expected for the price. There were quite a few dead fish and pieces of rubbish visible around the water when looking over the ledge, both from our room and from the lobby area. The balcony also had a hammock, but it did not look particularly safe to use, and there were plants growing out from the lake and into the hammock area. The room itself was also relatively small for the price, and the cleanliness could have been better. That said, there were some really lovely inclusions with our room, including afternoon tea, a photoshoot, goodnight dessert and breakfast. Breakfast was not buffet-style, but we were given a choice of mains along with some sides and a drink. The portions were on the smaller side, but everything we had was good. The photoshoot was a particularly nice touch and something we really appreciated. Three photos were included with our stay, and we actually enjoyed the experience enough to purchase additional photos beyond the included three. It was a lovely way to capture our time in Dali. We were also celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond by preparing a very cute birthday cake for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely made the stay more special❤️ Overall, this hotel has an incredibly beautiful setting and a very unique atmosphere. The views are genuinely stunning and the photography opportunities are fantastic. The thoughtful extras, especially the photoshoot and birthday cake, were also highlights of our stay. However, for the price, we felt the room upkeep, cleanliness and accessibility could be improved, and the completely unlit walk back to the hotel at night is something future guests should be aware of. If the hotel were to improve the maintenance and cleanliness while addressing the nighttime access issue, it could be an exceptional boutique stay because the location and views are truly special.

Cloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home. One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable. To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us. We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The service was outstanding, every staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful, making sure we were well taken care of. The sea view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings created a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely treat each day. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary flower biscuits as a farewell gift from the hotel, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality.

Rooms: Spacious, clean, full of amenities. Location: The hotel was in a closed community right by the lake with plenty of e-bikes and bicycles available for rent to cycle / ride around. In the morning you can even go for a jog and enjoy the serenity and greenery. Very nice indeed. It is not walkable to the old town (古城） but grabbing a ride was easy enough and didn’t take long. Service: Cleaning staff was friendly and when our toilet was clogged, they came as soon as they could to unclog it. The free-flow of drinks were absolutely delicious especially the pistachio foam drink! Please try it! The lady on the first day at the front desk was warm and friendly but all the other staff (especially the guy who drove us on the buggy with our luggage to the hotel, and who we asked for help with the luggage during checkout) were not friendly at all. Oftentimes they had a grumpy face and even when I asked for an extra bottle of water politely, it felt like they were annoyed. WiFi was slow and the tv reception was really bad. Most of the programs we wanted to watch at night froze on screen many times. Hopefully they can improve the reception.

雲塘は大理古城の洱海門の近くにあるので、運転手が降りやすいです(ただし、古城の道路は非常に狭く、ジャムに簡単に立ち往生する可能性があります)。ホテルの場所は、多くのショップにアクセスでき、路地まで歩いてすぐであるため、良いです。幸いなことに、古代都市は非常に騒しく、特にいくつかの飲食店やショップで騒しいことがありますが、部屋にはあまり騒音が聞こえませんでした。とても広としていて、休暇の別荘リゾートのように感じるより大きな部屋に無料でアップグレードされました。清潔で快適で、かわいいお茶を飲むエリアがあり、荷物を預ける場所として使用できます。提供される朝食は家庭的で快適です。チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、1階周辺に座ることができ、居心地の良い座席がいくつかあります。私たちは滞在を楽しんだし、お勧めします!

What a perfect little hotel, with service and amenities rivaling those of five-star hotels we have stayed in in other countries. We stayed for 4 nights and wished it was longer. The concierge 00管家 is extremely considerate and maintained constant communication with us through WeChat, including for airport pickup and drop off which the hotel provided free of charge. Huge thanks to 00管家 for a seamless stay. As for the hotel, we were immediately impressed by the tranquil and beautifully designed premises. The room was also beautiful - and the bed SUPER COMFORTABLE. There is nothing we lacked during our stay. We could also easily order takeout via ******* and eat while watching TV on the cosy sofa in the room. Our stay also include daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and nightly Chinese dessert. They were all delicious. 00管家 will contact us everyday to check if and when we would like to eat. There are several small eateries and convenience stores near the hotel. Our favourite was a tiny craft beer bar called 小卖部 - highly worth checking out. Last but definitely not least, the hotel has a resident corgi puppy Nono who stole our hearts. We were happy to just chill in the hotel lobby to play with Nono everyday. He even accompanied us on one of our car rides to Dali ancient town. You can tell he is very happy and well taken care of - just like all the guests there :) 谢谢00管家的贴心照顾，给我们宾至如归的感觉。我们下次来大理一定也会住在云也，再来找nono 玩！

設備：デザイナーズホテルで外観がおしゃれで写真映えします。クリスマス🎄の雰囲気も濃厚でした。 清潔さ：部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。白を基調としたホテルは少ないですが、白は汚れが目立つため、潔癖症の私でも合格点です。 サービス：フロントでバスタブ付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。蒼山に登った後、ホテルに戻ってお風呂に入るのはとても気持ちよかったです。エレベーターはありませんでしたが、バトラーが常に荷物を運んでくれましたし、おすすめしてくれた食べ物もハズレなしでした。 環境：蒼山の麓にあり、立地が良く、古城へもシャトルバスで簡単に行けます。近くには設備の整ったジムもありました。 大理で過ごした3日間で一番快適でした。おすすめです！

大理洱海公園ヒルトンガーデンインは強くお勧めします！客室は清潔で静かで、設備も新しく充実しています。スタッフはプロフェッショナルで親切で、リクエストにも迅速に対応してくれます。1階のレストラン「薈味」の朝食は種類が豊富で、地元の名物料理も楽しめます。2階には便利なセルフランドリーとジムもあります。洱海公園に隣接しているので、散歩や景色を楽しむのにとても便利で、滞在中は快適で心配いらずでした。

The room was quite spacious and clean. The hotel was also located near some great photo spots. There were many beautiful cafes nearby. I thought the hotel had a swimming pool, but it turns out the pool is only available for certain room types.However, it's too cold for swimming 😄. A shuttle car was available to pick you to and from the hotel and the gate . Breakfast at the hotel had two options: Chinese rice noodles and Western Spaghetti & Omelette, and they were tasty. The housekeeper Xiao Luo and Fei Fei are very helpful Xixi in explaining via WeChat as we don't understand Chinese.

On a weekend getaway, I stayed in a courtyard room at Van House. The authorities efficiently processed my check-in and simultaneously arranged for my personal belongings. In the morning, as the aroma of freshly baked goods wafted through the air, I enjoyed the gentle breeze in the courtyard while savoring handmade teas. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I felt relaxed and released all the stress from my work.
