ここでの滞在は本当に楽しかったです。また絶対に泊まりたいです。フロントデスクはとても親切で、トラブルに巻き込まれたり詐欺に遭ったりすることなく次の目的地へのバスに乗れるよう手伝ってくれました。旅行カウンターでツアーを予約し、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。

The Hotel is situated right in the heart of Goroka town providing best hospitality services. They have conference room facilities, restaurants,bars and pokies. You won't be disappointed with friendly reception and guest services. You'll enjoy your stay there

Probably the best option in town, although a far cry from developed standards. A quick 5 mins walk from the airport makes the location very convenient, and you can also find a nearby mall, supermarket, and a couple of pharmacies. However, most of the rooms face the main road, which means loud noise all night long. I would have preferred a room facing the back garden instead. The food in the restaurant is good and clean. The rooms are decent but the bathrooms very old and on the dirty side. They provide soap and shampoo though, which is very nice. I used their laundry service, which was super quick and super cheap.

This was our introduction to the highlands. Although the hotel was fine, it definitely had some quirks. It is perhaps the best hotel in Goroka, but that does not say much. The room was large. We had a room that overlooked the garden. This was relatively quiet, save for the 5 am rooster chorus! The bathroom has a shower with hot water. Our shower's faucet handles kept falling off. As they were metal knobs, this was a bit precarious with soapy hands. The shower has a metal base, which is also a bit slippery. The room had a ceiling fan, but as the highlands in July are pretty cool, we did not need it. There was no working WIFI, although you will be given a WIFI code. Breakfast is "ok." But the restaurant is embarrassingly slow. We needed at least 90 minutes to order, receive food, and pay. Often, what is on the menu is not available. The food is "ok", but highly inconsistent.

I would never have booked this hotel if I had known the truth about it: no wifi, no hot water, no AC in the rooms. The food is just terrible at the hotel' restaurant, most of it from the microwave. The doors to the rooms are not tight, you can hear noise from outside.
